Pickling and Coating System
The rod enters into NAPS system
where it gets cooled and pickled.
After cooling and pickling process,
the rod is given a protective wax
Coiler
The rod is continuously checked for
any surface flaws and inclusion of
ferrous material by a high
precision flaw detector
and then rods are coiled in laid or
orbital type to a maximum weight of
