Frame Bracing:

The Euroasia Pallet Racking & Long Span Shelving Systems are subjected to the highest
standard of powder coating finish using the most environment-friendly powder coating plant to
date anywhere in the world.
Section of up to 9,000mm length, 2,000mm high and 750mm wide with weight of up to 600kg are
transported through the plant by means of an overhead powered conveyor approximately
300metres in overall length.
The plant as a whole consists of the following units:
• 5-STAGE-SPRAY PRETREATMENT PLANT
To clean and phosphate the workpieces using a cascade-rinsing recycling technology.
• DRY-OFF OVEN
To dry the wet pretreated parts.
• POWDER COATING BOOTHS
Designed for minutes-colour change, electrostatic powder coating and recovering system.
• POWERED CONVEYOR
To link and transport parts to the various units of the plant.
Parts contaminated with surface oil and dirt are first treated in the 5-stage-spray pretreatment
plant with the following sequence of processes:
1. Cleaning and degreasing at 60ºC to remove oil and dirt.
2. Rinsing with clean circulation water to remove excess degreasing chemical.
3. Parts are then iron-phosphated at 60ºC to prevent corrosion and enhance powder adhesion.
4. Final two rinsing processes with deminerlised circulation water are to ensure parts are
absolutely clean before powder coating process.
The specification for the entire pretreatment system is to achieve high quality standard products.
After the pretreatment process, the parts are dried in the dry-off oven approximately 80ºC - 130ºC
for 10 minutes to ensure the quality of phosphating is achieved.
The powered variable speed overhead conveyor (2.5m - 5.0m/min.) then transport the parts to the
powder coating booth. Here, electrostatic coating process is carried out automatically in a mobile
booth, if required by hand, to average thickness between 55µm to 65µm. Quick colour change is
achieved by two roll-on and roll-off fully automated powder recovery booths.
Finally the coated parts are baked in the curing oven at a uniform temperature of 180ºC - 200ºC
for 20 minutes to ensure even cross polymerisation. The parts are then unloaded, checked
against quality standards before packing for delivery or storage.

and damage incurred, for bodily injury and property damage, for each single injured person,
within the cover of its liability insurance policy, resulting from of ’s (whole or partial)
non-compliance with this Agreement, provided that this limitation shall not apply to the cost of
repairing or replacing defective equipment under ’s warranty obligations.
Without derogating from the above, shall not be liable to the Purchaser for any
indirect or consequential loss or damage, e.g. loss of use, loss of production or service
interruption, or loss of profits, whether such claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence),
or strict liability, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
PROMISES 5-YEAR WARRANTY
EUROASIA offers a 5-year warranty which covers the structural integrity of the design of the
product, and against defects in materials or workmanship.
STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
will repair or replace at no-charge to the client any component that fails to meet its
designed specification, subject to the following conditions: -
1. This warranty does not cover components, which are subject to loadings over and above
those stated in ’s offer, or any such component subjected to damage during the
warehouse operation.
2. must be advised immediately any such incidence arises, and be given full access
to site to assess damage.
3. The definition of structural damage is the cracking, deformation or collapse of the product
during the course of the warehouse operation.
4. All operatives must be fully aware of the design capacities of the racking system.
