Growing up, I was immersed in a competitive
environment, largely due to my active involvement in
sports and the constant motivation provided by my
siblings. This upbringing gave me the will to succeed and
the strength to persevere in the face of adversity. I truly
believe that setbacks are only stepping stones on your
path to success, and each one has only boosted my
drive to work even harder and more creatively. My
passion is the world of sports, and I want to leave a
lasting impression there. My goal is to break down
barriers and create opportunities for more women to
succeed in the sports industry, since I'm a woman
working in a largely male-dominated area. This
dedication to empowerment and equality feeds my
career goals and inspires me to lead the way for change
in the field I admire.
