Please find attached a copy of my resume for your consideration.
I have developed a wide range of skills over the years, with an extensive background
working within the financial industry. I would meet and exceed the expectations for any
customer service, sales or insurance position.
In my most recent role as a customer service advisor and team coach I have carried out
various tasks that would be relevant to duties I would undertake as a direct customer
service assistant manager trainee. These include handling customer concerns, dealing
with complaints and coaching employees on how to develop new skills.
My employment record at past employers will prove my capability, commitment and
devotion to my work.
I am physically fit, have excellent attendance and punctuality record, ability to work in a
safe and orderly manner either independently and part of a team. Besides, I have good
attention to detail, self-directed, and able to work under minimal supervision. I am
confident that my skills and abilities will be an asset.
I would relish the opportunity to bring this level of success to the business and look
forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Scott James
