Personal Narrative I heard them fighting every night, endless and endless rage at each other. I just hid
in my room and pretended it wasn t happening in my world. Hiding was the only way to escape the
fear I felt every night. Once I said Dad, why do you and Mom yell at each other? He replied with go to
