2. WehavelearntabouttheUniversethrougheasyexperiments. First, weweretaughtaboutthe Big BangTheory. Weused a balloon and glittertoexplainhowtheuniverseexpands.

3. Then, weweretoldaboutsomeplanets. Westartedwith Venus, thesecondclosesttotheSun. Itsatmosphereismade up of 97% carbondioxide. In thenextexperimentweblew up a balloonwithout air! Wemixedbaking soda and vinegar.

4. AfterthatwelearntaboutMars. It has thelargestvolcano in the Solar System, theOlympus Mons. Mars has ice caps at bothitsnorth and southpoles. Wewereshowndry ice!! Dry ice isfrozencarbondioxide. Look!

5. Weneededtowear safety glassestocarryoutthisexperiment.

6. We placed dry ice in water , inside a plastic bag and… itburst!! Then a cloud of whitefogappeared.

7. Finally, welearntaboutJupiter. Jupiter has powerfulstormsthatcreatemuchelectricity. Ifwelived in Jupiterwewouldhavespikyhair.

8. Afterdoingtheexperimentswewenttothe planetarium.

9. Images of thestars, planets and constellationswereprojected. Thisscienceworkshopwasreallyinteresting!!!
