Micro RNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs molecules having approximately 18-25 nucleotides, they are present in both plants and animals genomes. MiRNAs have diverse spatial expression patterns and regulate various developmental metabolisms, stress responses and other physiological processes. The dynamic gene expression playing major roles in phenotypic differences in organisms are believed to be controlled by miRNAs. Mutations in regions of regulatory factors, such as miRNA genes or transcription factors (TF) necessitated by dynamic environmental factors or pathogen infections, have tremendous effects on structure and expression of genes. The resultant novel gene products presents potential explanations for constant evolving desirable traits that have long been bred using conventional means, biotechnology or genetic engineering. Rice grain quality, yield, disease tolerance, climate-resilience and palatability properties are not exceptional to miRN Asmutations effects. There are new insights courtesy of high-throughput sequencing and improved proteomic techniques that organisms’ complexity and adaptations are highly contributed by miRNAs containing regulatory networks. This article aims to expound on how rice miRNAs could be driving evolution of traits and highlight the latest miRNA research progress. Moreover, the review accentuates miRNAs grey areas to be addressed and gives recommendations for further studies.

The objective of this work is to contribute to valorization de Nephelium lappaceum by the characterization of kinetics of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum. The seeds were dehydrated until a constant mass respectively in a drying oven and a microwawe oven. The temperatures and the powers of drying are respectively: 50, 60 and 70°C and 140, 280 and 420 W. The results show that the curves of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum do not present a phase of constant kinetics. The coefficients of diffusion vary between 2.09.10-8 to 2.98. 10-8m-2/s in the interval of 50°C at 70°C and between 4.83×10-07 at 9.04×10-07 m-8/s for the powers going of 140 W with 420 W the relation between Arrhenius and a value of energy of activation of 16.49 kJ. mol-1 expressed the effect of the temperature on effective diffusivity.

2. Ocean is home to over 30,000 species of fish, but unfortunately over
1000 species are facing extinction. Their habitat can be a puddle, a
pond, a river, a sea, an ocean, a wetland or a volcanic lake. The
balance of the life in water is getting lower and lower because humans
are destroying the habitat of millions of fish, and because of that the
climate changes constantly which causes death of many fish.
3. This are some habitats of fish:
• Wetlands: Brown trout fish, rainbow trout fish and redfin perch
fish.
• Seagrasses: sharks, turtles, marine mammals (dugongs and
manatees), mollusks (octopus, squid, cuttlefish, snails,
bivalves), sponges, crustaceans (shrimp, crabs, copepods,
isopods and amphipods) polychaete worms, sea urchins and
sea anemones.
• Deep ocean: lantern fish (the most common deep-sea fish),
flashlight fish, cookie cutter shark, bristle mouths, anglerfish,
viperfish, some kind of eelpouts and bioluminescent fish ( you
will see later on what this type of fish is)
6. Fish that live in coral reefs are turtles, sharks, eels, crabs,
shrimps, urchins, sponges and other small organisms.
Corals are a kind of plant in the water, they look like plants
and shells, however, unlike rocks, corals are alive. And
unlike plants, corals do not make their own food. Corals are
actually made up of thousands of tiny animals called
polyps. A coral polyp is an invertebrate, which means that it
doesn’t have a spine, that can be no bigger than a pin.
Coral reefs are some of the most beautiful places on Earth
to visit. You can find coral reefs in tropical oceans near the
equator, like Central America. You can also find coral reefs
in Hawaii and the Red sea.

many lives… the Whale Shark. It feeds on plankton, krill,
fish eggs and small squid or fish. An adult ways about
19,000kg. The largest whale shark ever lived was over
14m long and weighed 21.5 tons. Whale sharks live for
about 100-150 years.
• Great White Shark: The second biggest shark in the
world. It is also known as white pointer, white shark or
white death. Its scientific name is Carcharodon
carcharias. An adult weighs about 680-1,100kg. Females
can grow up to 4.5-6.4m long, but males can grow only
up to 3.5-4m long.
9. • Blue Whale: The blue whale is the biggest whale on this
planet and may be the biggest creature on Earth. It can
reach up to 30m long and it can probably reach over 181
tons. Its scientific name is Balaenoptera musculus. Its
lifespan is 80-110 years.
• Finback Whale: This whale is the second biggest whale
on Earth. These mammals can reach 95 feet long and
weigh up to 78 tons. Scientists also call this great
mammal the greyhound of the sea.

awesome fish on Earth. Their body produces light. But
how does this happen? This light comes from their skin. A
chemical reaction happens on their skin and light is
produced. This is helpful for these fish because they live
in the deep sea which there is no light there, but they can
use their skin to light up the place. They can use their
light whenever they want. There are also bioluminescent
corals which are similar to bioluminescent fish. A
chemical reaction happens and light is produced.
16. • Of all this underwater discoveries, thonis is the most
fascinating. Thonis was called Heracleion by the Greeks
and Thonis by the Egyptians. Thonis was an ancient
Egyptian city located near the Canopic Mouth of Nile. It’s
2.5km off the coast, under 10m of water. It’s legendary
begins as early as the 12th century BC, but was only
discovered in 2000 by the French underwater
archeologist Franck Goddio. This city was lost because
of natural disasters close to the 8th century A.D and was
forgotten for about 12,500-13,000 years until Franck
Goddio found it again in 2000.
