Brian recently joined a new job as an IT programmer but finds the initial training too short. He is uncomfortable in his current role and interested in a different job during school. Working with experienced programmers is also not enjoyable for him. Brian lacks confidence and feels unprepared due to insufficient training. He is shy about approaching colleagues for guidance. His transition from school to work culture would be improved with more training and mentoring to help him accept his current role and collaborate effectively with others.
