consumer. The image is of a woman, made to
look glamorous and using the conventional
2/3 of the page. The cover lines are emotive
to attract a reader. By making the cover look
professional, a consumer would assume that
the magazine is of a professional standard.

The cover uses images that have connotations
of school life and childhood such as the lined
paper background. The font adds attitude and
is attractive to a teen audience. This is
enforced by the distressed look images.
