3. ScholarChip® Visitor Manager
ScholarChip’s hosted Visitor Management Service is built
specifically for schools. Our extensive SIS integration enables
secure student pick-up, while automatically checking a visitor’s
record against a school’s own internal restrictions, as well as
publicly-available sex offender data. The service automates the
validation and tracking of visitors, securing a visitor’s identity
by extracting information from the visitor’s driver’s license.
New visitors are registered; repeat visitors simply check-in; and
a bar code prints on the visitor pass to automate check out.
Notifications regarding a visitor are automated, and reports are
available 24/7/365. Notification service is optionally available as
an add-on to our Attendance Kiosk, used to capture real-time
student building entry and egress.
