Scheduling Interviews
This is the message we sent to each of our potential
experts we are hoping to interview for our
documentary
Our first and
second
reply resulted in
declines due to
and inconvenience
in timing
In the end we could not get an interview from a sports teacher, however we
were able to schedule an interview with a biology teacher. This is who we will
use as our expert.
Our first three attempts at scheduling an interview
failed due to lack of response or inconvenience, we
did try to make compromises but is still did not
work out. So we decided to try a biology teacher
instead of a sports teacher and we were able to
schedule an interview.
This task was necessary for us to complete since it
is a vital convention to have a relevant expert
interview for our documentary, from these
interviews we may even learn other thing that we
can include in our documentary and also the
scheduling of interviews helps our organisation and
time management skills.
The use of a biology teacher for an expert
interview further explains the reason why our
target audience are students as besides listening to
the opinions of fellow students we would imagine
they will respect the views of teachers as well
