The documentary team unsuccessfully tried to schedule interviews with a sports teacher due to declined requests or scheduling conflicts, but was able to arrange an interview with a biology teacher instead. Securing expert interviews was important for completing the documentary and providing relevant opinions for the student target audience. The process also helped develop organizational and time management skills.

Job Interview Success

However, some suggested comparing male and female regimes could make it less one-dimensional, and including a doctor's perspective on health risks would add more informed context. Overall, most of the target audience found the unique subject very interesting and said the documentary achieved its aim for the TV channel. This feedback helped the creators understand how effective their documentary was at informing and engaging the intended demographic.

Students in the child health nursing program meet with their PDT each trimester to complete a pro-forma consisting of a SWOT analysis, reflective questions, and an action plan. A 3-year evaluation found that both students and staff valued the structure, relationship building, reflection opportunities, and relevance to employability. However, it could also be time consuming, students didn't always see the importance early on, and the template was sometimes too generic. The rest of the session will use SWOT analysis, action planning, and group work to generate ideas for improving personal development planning with students.

Different Types of Interview
There are various types of interviews ranging from the one conducted by a journalist for a
newspaper reporting to that by a psychiatrist with a patient. The purpose defines the type of
interview. However, broadly there are two types of interview: (i) employment interview and
(ii) data collection interview. These are the types of interview in which you will have to
participate in your life. The term ‘employment interview’ refers to the interview of a
candidate for a job in a particular. Promotion interview and annual interview conducted in
respect of the employees who are already in service. The former is arranged when a proposal
for promotion of an employee is under consideration. The latter is a routine annual feature; its
purpose is to assess, through personal interaction, contribution and progress made by an
employee during the year under review. But in India, these types of interviews are not
common. We shall therefore discuss only the employment interview in some detail. It is clear
that several fundamental points in this discussion are relevant for not only promotion and
annual interviews but also for data collection interview. Obviously the discussion of any
employment interview is from the viewpoint of the interviewee, whereas that of data
collection interview is from viewpoint of the interviewer. Nonetheless, in both cases the other
participants would find sufficient valuable information.

Certain specifications should be outlined when professors prepare a test so
that they are relevant to the instruction. First, professors should use test and
assessment specification as a guide. Simply put, the conditions of the test and
assessment should describe the performance needed to be measured along
with what learning outcomes to measure. Second, each test item and
assessment task should be written so the task to be performed is clearly
defined, and it measures the performance described in the intended learning
outcome. If a test is written with clarity and simplicity, avoiding unnecessary
wording, then the students will have an easier time taking it. Third, keeping the
reading difficulty and vocabulary level simple will prevent distorted results.
Students should be measured on the performance determined, not by some
factor that was not designed to measure. (Miller, Linn, & Gronlund, 2009).
Students should be knowledgeable on what to do and what not to do when
preparing and taking a test. Preparations for the test can entail many
dimensions, including: maintaining good study habits, completing and
submitting assignments on time while having a clear understanding of the work
expected of you, and contacting the professor if you need any additional help or
clarification. Getting a good night’s sleep and eating breakfast before a test will
help you stay focused (Tennessee Department of Education, 2010). Also, as a
part of preparation, do not cram for the test. You have to start by planning
ahead and deciding not only is this is something you need to do, but must do in
order to achieve the results you anticipate. Make sure that you have everything
you need for the test, i.e. computer, good test taking environment, and minimal
distractions. Always make sure to read the directions and questions carefully
so you know what is expected from you. Finally, when you have selected all
your responses/answers, do not submit it without going back and reviewing
your answers and proofing what you have written. (TeacherVision, 2010).

Different Types of Interview
There are various types of interviews ranging from the one conducted by a journalist for a
newspaper reporting to that by a psychiatrist with a patient. The purpose defines the type of
interview. However, broadly there are two types of interview: (i) employment interview and
(ii) data collection interview. These are the types of interview in which you will have to
participate in your life. The term ‘employment interview’ refers to the interview of a
candidate for a job in a particular. Promotion interview and annual interview conducted in
respect of the employees who are already in service. The former is arranged when a proposal
for promotion of an employee is under consideration. The latter is a routine annual feature; its
purpose is to assess, through personal interaction, contribution and progress made by an
employee during the year under review. But in India, these types of interviews are not
common. We shall therefore discuss only the employment interview in some detail. It is clear
that several fundamental points in this discussion are relevant for not only promotion and
annual interviews but also for data collection interview. Obviously the discussion of any
employment interview is from the viewpoint of the interviewee, whereas that of data
collection interview is from viewpoint of the interviewer. Nonetheless, in both cases the other
participants would find sufficient valuable information.

Certain specifications should be outlined when professors prepare a test so
that they are relevant to the instruction. First, professors should use test and
assessment specification as a guide. Simply put, the conditions of the test and
assessment should describe the performance needed to be measured along
with what learning outcomes to measure. Second, each test item and
assessment task should be written so the task to be performed is clearly
defined, and it measures the performance described in the intended learning
outcome. If a test is written with clarity and simplicity, avoiding unnecessary
wording, then the students will have an easier time taking it. Third, keeping the
reading difficulty and vocabulary level simple will prevent distorted results.
Students should be measured on the performance determined, not by some
factor that was not designed to measure. (Miller, Linn, & Gronlund, 2009).
Students should be knowledgeable on what to do and what not to do when
preparing and taking a test. Preparations for the test can entail many
dimensions, including: maintaining good study habits, completing and
submitting assignments on time while having a clear understanding of the work
expected of you, and contacting the professor if you need any additional help or
clarification. Getting a good night’s sleep and eating breakfast before a test will
help you stay focused (Tennessee Department of Education, 2010). Also, as a
part of preparation, do not cram for the test. You have to start by planning
ahead and deciding not only is this is something you need to do, but must do in
order to achieve the results you anticipate. Make sure that you have everything
you need for the test, i.e. computer, good test taking environment, and minimal
distractions. Always make sure to read the directions and questions carefully
so you know what is expected from you. Finally, when you have selected all
your responses/answers, do not submit it without going back and reviewing
your answers and proofing what you have written. (TeacherVision, 2010).

Scheduling
- 2. This is the message we sent to each of our potential experts we are hoping to interview for our documentary
- 4. Our first and second reply resulted in declines due to and inconvenience in timing
- 7. In the end we could not get an interview from a sports teacher, however we were able to schedule an interview with a biology teacher. This is who we will use as our expert.
- 8. Our first three attempts at scheduling an interview failed due to lack of response or inconvenience, we did try to make compromises but is still did not work out. So we decided to try a biology teacher instead of a sports teacher and we were able to schedule an interview. This task was necessary for us to complete since it is a vital convention to have a relevant expert interview for our documentary, from these interviews we may even learn other thing that we can include in our documentary and also the scheduling of interviews helps our organisation and time management skills.
- 9. The use of a biology teacher for an expert interview further explains the reason why our target audience are students as besides listening to the opinions of fellow students we would imagine they will respect the views of teachers as well
