Scandinavian Building Services has designed an industry‐
leading, proactive system for addressing your concerns and 
complaints. 
Any requests, problems, or concerns that need addressing 
immediately can be sent to the applicable regional SOS email 
address. This will connect you directly to our support team 
regardless of the time of day.
For additional convenience, we have a live 24‐hour customer 
support service available by calling 1‐888‐452‐3311.

All communications will be 
acknowledged to the client

experience with our client’s service needs.
In class training allows Scandinavian 
trainers to break down building plans for

Safety Training meetings are performed 
monthly in order to continually improve the 
safety performance of the workers. Coupled 
with our in‐house training newsletter 
highlighting our monthly focus, our staff is

All employees are also required to attend 
regularly scheduled training sessions as well 
as monthly safety meetings. Qualified

and decreasing our carbon footprint. To support this goal, we are

• Offsetting our carbon footprint with carbon credit initiatives.
• Reducing all waste produced by our company, and encouraging our 
clients to incorporate effective waste reduction strategies into their 
policies.
• Limiting the amount of water consumed by cleaners and owner 
operators. 
• Implementing a feasible recycling strategy used by all employees.
• Incorporating recycled and sustainable products into all offices.

an iPad at all times.
Quality Assurance Inspections are filled out 
on‐site, and are wirelessly uploaded to the 
Scandinavian database. This sends live‐time 
information and results to the customer 
instantaneously.

LOCATOR DEVICE
The cleaner uses the handset to log in to the cleaning 
site. When the job is completed, they log out. The data 
from the Handsets is transmitted using GSM/GPRS 
network to the servers. 
If a premise is not occupied at the planned time, the 
system will inform the service manager.
Budgeted hours are compared to the real hours on‐line 
service managers will have full control of their sites and 
employees at all times efficiency and quality of the 
services will increase.

assignments, HR issues, or anything else that needs

CONCRETE & STONE FLOORS
Years of experience with both diamond grinding and propane 
power have combined to establish the new standard in floor 
refinishing equipment. The PolyGrind offers the ultimate in 
fast setup, ease of operation and high productive capability 
for natural stone, terrazzo, and wet or dry finishing of 
concrete floor surfaces.
WET VS. DRY POLISHING
Polished concrete is not achieved by simply 
exposing the rock in the concrete mix, then you 
must apply a sealer. 
By and large, contractors can polish concrete using 
wet or dry methods, but typically they use a 
combination of both. The wet process uses water 
to cool the diamond abrasives and eliminate 
grinding dust. 
Dry polishing requires no water. Instead, 
contractors use machines equipped with dust‐
containment systems that eliminate virtually all of 
the mess.
