History • Frigorífico y Almacén del Turabo, Inc. was founded in 1974 as a grocery wholesaler. • In 1982, Oscar Súper Cash & Carry opens its doors. • In 1996, exporting to the Caribbean Islands began. • In 2000, Quality Meats, Inc. commenced operations. • In 2001, La Cava de Oscar opened its doors. • In 2006, El Criollazo was launched as an innovative marketing program for small and medium- sized grocery retailers. • In 2010, Supermercados El Criollazo was incorporated and began operations. • In 2012, Grocery Exporters is incorporated and export sales are reorganized. • In 2013, the 1st Food and Trade Show is conducted with great acclaim. • In 2014, we opened a new Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Division • In 2015, the new solar panel system became operational • Our warehouse is 80,000 square feet • We have over 8,000 SKUs available in inventory • We are full-line supplier in all the important categories for food and GM retailing and food service • Our clients: – Independent shops and supermarkets – Convenience stores – Bars, pubs, cafeterias, restaurants, street vendors – Independent pharmacies – Food Service Distributor 3

Supermercados El Criollazo • Chain store program for small and medium-sized independent grocery stores. • We serve as a “central office and warehouse” for our customers: – Preparation of circular “flyer” every two weeks – Supplier negotiations – Distribution of marketing and promotional materials – Publicity in major newspaper – Store sign – Pre-order and preparation of weekly supply orders • There are 75 independent retail store operators that are participating in the program with whom we have signed agreements • There are 9 major suppliers in Puerto Rico with whom we have signed specific negotiations for the chain. 29

Recent News • Governmental: – Exemption on charging sales tax in transactions with properly certified businesses – Awarded Maritime Transportation Grant for Export Sales • Business: – Held 5th Food & Trade Show in September, 2015 – Surpassed 80 participants in Supermercados El Criollazo (20 order via web) – Awarded grocery distribution contract to local wholly-owned small-format 52-store chain via web-orders – 7th consecutive year of Head Start program food distribution contract (New York Foundling) – Founder, Oscar Rivera, awarded the 2013-2014 Puerto Rico Food Industry’s highest honor, the Vicente Suárez Award – Awarded Wholesaler of the Year by the Small Business Retailers Association (Centro Unido de Detallistas) for 2014 – Purchased assets of convenience store distributor to launch Convenience Store Direct Sales Division for convenience stores, gasoline stations, and pharmacies – December 2014 32
