Facilitator/Promoter
• Trainers focus on the subject matter to discuss and
inform participants unknown to known through
lectures, demonstrations, supervision, directions,
etc.
• The facilitator focus on the subject matter and the
process. It helps adults learn through self-
discovery through brainstorming, strategic
planning, team building, relation, mutual sharing,
