o Directed successful implementation of HighJump WMS and replacement of Voxware voice picking system
with Vocollect voice picking system in all three DCs in Katy, Texas and Commerce, California.
Director, Supply Chain Strategy Design, 2005-2008
Oversaw California campuses’ continuous improvement. Managed design, development, and multi-phase implementation
of 800,000-square-foot storage system, including pick tunnel, pallet flow, and drive-in racks, which resulted in 20%
increase in picking in several areas. Reduced scrap and damage. Developed back hall program to bring consumable
materials (pallets, cradles, plastics, corrugated cardboard) back to DC.
• Projects included:
o Brought 73,000-square-foot freezer-cooler building online to introduce produce, deli, and frozen food to

o Expanded Commerce, California campus capacity to satisfy growth and SKU proliferation.
o Developed and created daily production dashboard to report critical KPIs to enable DC, transportation, and
allocation to plan adequate resources to satisfy stores’ demand and logistics requirements. Developed SKU-

o Kevco Inc., Elkhart, Indiana: Managed team of consultants and logistics engineers to consolidate 13
