This housekeeping plan outlines procedures for general storage, waste disposal, and resources for SARAB 2 Villas. Materials will be stored at least 3 feet from each other and not exceeding 2 meters in height. Waste will be sorted and collected in clearly labeled receptacles, then removed from the villas daily by 4 dumper trips to an off-site dumping yard for disposal. Resources include 3 dumpers, a shovel, and a bobcat operated by a team of 5 housekeeping operatives, 4 operatives per dumper zone, and 15 additional operatives to work on demand and complete tasks before the end of each shift.

General Storage
Will ensure that the following general material storage procedures
are implemented:
• Store or stack materials to allow a clear space of 3 feet and not more than 2m
height.
• Stack cartons and drums on a firm foundation and cross-tie them where
necessary to reduce the chance of their movement.
• Do not allow stored materials to obstruct aisles, stairs, exits, fire equipment,
emergency eyewash fountains, emergency showers, or first aid stations.
• All storage areas will be clearly marked and barricaded with signage.

Waste Disposal
Will ensure that the following waste recycling and
disposal procedures are implemented in all work areas
where such waste is generated:
• Scrap materials will be collected and sorted for disposal.
• Scrap containers will be placed near areas where the waste is
produced to encourage orderly waste disposal.
• All waste receptacles will be clearly labeled (e.g., recyclable glass,
plastic, metal, toxic, flammable).
• All waste materials will be removed from the villas and kept outside
with clear barication for collection with the dumpers
• All the collected dumper waste will be directed it to dumping yard
• From the dumping yard, all accumulated waste will go to the
disposal plant by the supplier.
• Frequency – on demand basis/ on an average daily 4 trips.
• It will be ensured at the commencement of the shift, there is no
accumulation of waste.
