Bulk data relationship creation of Sansan and kintone data,
 
based on email addresses.
・After relationship creation, you can bulk update the data from button
・Link existing kintone’s data with Sansan data based on email addresses.
・Duplicate email addresses detection function integrated for kintone data and Sansan data

Click the button then a popup
 
window is opened.
After tag(s) selection, click save.
※If you don’t setup the tag

all Sansan data will be target.

Bulk
Insert / Update / Upsert

After clicking button, a popup window
is opened.
※If you leave them empty, the search result
 
will be all Sansan data
Search Sansan data by
 
Company Name and/or
 
Contact Person Name
Search all
Search by
 
keywords

You can
fi
lter the search results
by Department, Owner,
Exchanged Date and/or Last
Updated Date.

Check search results, select records that you want to import
then [Insert], [Update] and [Upsert] will be activated.

Insert selected data to kintone app as new records
Linked data (already inserted from Sansan or linked by
email address) will be updated
Insert unlinked data as new records and update already
 
linked data.

※After clicking the button,
 
immediately the process starts.
Bulk insert
If you have selected already linked data of Sansan,
these data insert will be failed
The kintone app index page
will be reloaded

Bulk update
You can check the failed records (it should
be not linked data selected)
 
will be reloaded

Bulk upsert
 
will be reloaded

Bulk data relationship creation of
Sansan and kintone data,
 
based on email addresses.
※This function is to create data relationships that means
 
this function will not work to insert new data.
On the other hand, already linked data cannot be target data
 
for this function by the same reason.

Next slide
Detect duplicated email addresses in all subtables data of
 
displayed view’s records.

If there is any duplication, you will see here.
 
To continue the process, you should resolve 
duplicated email addresses or
 
create a new view that does not include
 
the duplicated emails.

If there is not any duplication,
you can click [next]

Sansan’s data in next step.

using browser’s search function.

The company data will be linked and
selected persons data will be inserted

linked yet, it will be failed.
If the company data is linked,
related persons records are displayed.
Select records you want to insert and/or update
then click a button accordingly.
