Plugin features for “Company App and Contact App”

Bulk data relationship creation of Sansan and kintone data,
 
based on email addresses.
・After relationship creation, you can bulk update the data from button
・Link existing kintone’s data with Sansan data based on email addresses.
・Duplicate email addresses detection function integrated for kintone data and Sansan data

Search Sansan data by
 
Company and/or Department, Contact Person,
Owner, Registration Date, Last Modi

After clicking button, a popup window is opened.
Search all
Search by
Keywords

You can

lter the search results
by Department, Owner,
Exchanged Date and/or Last
Updated Date.

Check search results, select records that you want to import
then [Insert], [Update] and [Upsert] will be activated.

Insert selected data to kintone app as new records.
If the linked records with Company App
- is exist, the records are linked with already inserted Company App
- is not exist, it insert new records to Company App and linked with
Contact records
Linked data (already inserted from Sansan or linked by email address)
will be updated.
※Target is only Contact App’s records.
Insert unlinked data as new records and update already linked data.
※It will update only Contact records.
※If you have never inserted, Comapny App’s records will updates too.

※This function is to create data relationships that means
 
this function will not work to insert new data.
On the other hand, already linked data cannot be target data
 
for this function by the same reason.

Detect duplicated email addresses in all subtables data of
 
displayed view’s records.

If there is any duplication, you will see here.
 
To continue the process, you should resolve 
duplicated email addresses or
 
create a new view that does not include
 
the duplicated emails.

you can click [next]
