Communist ideals, Davis developed a mindset geared towards equal rights at a very young age.

then disbanded by the police. Eventually Davis would go onto start herself a legacy that is greatly
inspired by her mother. She would join the Black Panther Party after a horrible tragedy.
In 1963, four black girls were killed in a bombing of a church, the bombing took place in her
hometown and it became known as the 16th Street Baptist Church Bombing. This sparked a
passion in Davis for philosophy because she was personally affected by the bombing, she knew two
of the people killed in it. As a result of this tragedy she joined the Student Nonviolent Coordinating
Committee and then the Black Panther Party.

In addition, the people portrayed have precise naturalistic details and proportions regarding their
clothing, bodies, and facial expressions. Through the exercise of drawing this stained glasswindow

Otherwise, the entire image would not look right. I did not finish drawing the window because I
wanted to place the parts proportionately so as to accurately portray the window as a whole. The
window s detail did not serve as a priority in the drawing exercise because I believed the unity of

Throughout history, the comparison of faith and science have caused debate between our
historians. However, they can agree that the nineteenth century was somewhat of a blurred line in
American history to determine where the population s allegiance laid. While the Second Great
Awakening riled up a lot of devout Baptists and Methodists, science had also taken a toll with the
Industrial Revolution. Which is still one of the most significant economic changes in American
history to date. And although Darwin s finds did not occur in the US, the effects of his theory of
evolution made men and women in the states question their beliefs and faith in religion.
Technological developments also created issues for the church as they were losing grip of power on
their believers. Even though religion played a large role in the early nineteenth century, given the

of my older brother, you could say that I knew my way around town. The coffee shops with the

My Observation At The Landlord And Tenant Supervisor
Introduction:
This report is based on my observation at the Landlord and Tenant Board which is located 3
Robert Speck Parkway Suite 520 Mississauga, Ontario L47 2G5 on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016
and Wednesday, January 27th, 2016. Throughout the day at the Landlord and Tenant Board we had
observed many different cases.
In terms of location, the office building was in close juxtaposition to a public bus stop that had a
route that lead directly from Brampton. The bus schedule conveniently operated every 9
minutes. There were two Brampton busses that lead into the location, the 502 and the 103. The
bus was convenient and reliable however if you are going everyday it will become very costly.
If you are a tenant with a car it is simple to drive from Brampton to Mississauga. The parking is
conveniently in front of the building, but there is a cost for parking; for the whole day $7.00, for
an hour $5.25, for 40 minutes $3.50 and for 20 minutes $1.75. As for the parking, it is convenient to
have your own source of transportation nonetheless it is quite costly.
When you walk into the building there is a front desk with a security guard able to direct you to
the floor you need to go to. The Landlord and Tenant Board is located on the 5th floor, the Board
Office has five separate cubicles with secretaries able to help you with various questions. The

descent. My grandfather severed in the military and was stationed in Basque Country. Despite the
large Basque population surrounding me, I knew very little of the culture and traditions commonly
