Working as Manager – International Trade in Rasa Spices N Foods Pvt ltd since October, 2008
(Approx. 6.5 years)
Responsibility
Planning & Execution Export Import Operations
Create database of foreign customers, brokers and merchandizers. Interact with them for
their weekly and monthly needs.
Update them with pricing of their required products.
Update them with informative newsletters and offers.
Managing business development activities and accountable for the top-line, profitability and
increased sales growth.

Cost Control Initiatives & Commercial Operations
In production area start from the Procurement to finish product for each and every step find
the best and effective solution which help to control cost of company.
Run the factory within the regulation of FSSAI and ISO standards.
Documentation
Documentation is key factor for every organization, clean and clear documentation shows
the company’s reputation and transparency.
I have developed clear documentation system which helps to identify the process from
Procurement/Purchase to Sale/Export.
I have also worked for Export Documentation in which includes Invoice, Packing List, bills of
Exchange, L/C negotiation, Bills of Lading drafting and all relevant documents depends upon
shipment to shipment.
Liaising/ Coordination/ Relationship Management
Done the liaising work in the government department like Sales Tax Department, Central
Excise, Customs, food & drug department, weighing and measurement department etc.
Keep coordination with concern persona and maintain relationship with them for long term
benefit of company.

Forex & Banking finance
Make necessary arrangement of forward booking of foreign exchange against our export
invoices.
Make short term funding arrangement form the bank against confirm orders and Letters of
Credit.
Work on making project report and financials for the company to present in bank or to any
other purpose.
Worked for 10 month in AL Hur General Trading (Sister Concern Company of
Rasa Spices N Foods Pvt Ltd.) DUBAI Market as President for International
Marketing.
Achievements
 Worked in the development of Range of Instant Food for Radhekrishna foods Pvt Ltd
(Foodland Group) for their healthy, hygiene and quick serve restaurant project.
Developed almost 28 products in which 18 products were succeed and kept in the
store. Done the sensory and taste analysis for the each products. Done the R&D on
shelf life study for the each and every product. Also gave training to the cooking and
serving staff so that the products shelf life became long and get maximum profit from
the plates. Develop region wise taste for the different product for the different region.
 Worked for UN – United Nation’s rationing project for African Country. Worked as
third party production for the united nation for almost 14 spices and dehydrated
products in 250gm each. Manufactured, packed and dispatched almost 350mt of all
different spices and dehydrated products for them in six month time frame.
 Worked for MUANKABAN supermarket in Equatorial Genie – West Africa. Packed
Basmati Rice in 1kg, 2kg and 5 kg packing, Different varieties of Dry fruits in 200Gm
packing and different spices and condiments in 200gm. and 400gm. Manufactured and
packed almost 600mt of Basmati Rice, Spices and Dry fruits to them in the 9 month
time frame.
 Export almost 1500mt of Fresh Onion to Malaysia and Dubai Market in a year.
 Manufactured seasoning blends for the different country and also for local pallets
manufactures.
