It can be defined as "a harmonized combination of multiple resources and skills that distinguish a firm in the marketplace". Core competencies fulfill three criteria: Provides potential access to a wide variety of markets.This is done through Business-level strategies. Business level strategies detail actions taken to provide value to customers and gain a competitive advantage by exploiting core competencies in specific, individual product or service markets.

Overall I have more than 12 years of extensive experience in Marketing that includes product management, business planning & analysis, Competition landscaping, market share analysis and business performance reporting to Officers & Directors level.

Rasa Spices N Foods Pvt Ltd.) DUBAI Market as President for International
Marketing.
Achievements
Worked in the development of Range of Instant Food for Radhekrishna foods Pvt Ltd
(Foodland Group) for their healthy, hygiene and quick serve restaurant project.
Developed almost 28 products in which 18 products were succeed and kept in the
store. Done the sensory and taste analysis for the each products. Done the R&D on
shelf life study for the each and every product. Also gave training to the cooking and
serving staff so that the products shelf life became long and get maximum profit from
the plates. Develop region wise taste for the different product for the different region.
Worked for UN – United Nation’s rationing project for African Country. Worked as
third party production for the united nation for almost 14 spices and dehydrated
products in 250gm each. Manufactured, packed and dispatched almost 350mt of all
different spices and dehydrated products for them in six month time frame.
Worked for MUANKABAN supermarket in Equatorial Genie – West Africa. Packed
Basmati Rice in 1kg, 2kg and 5 kg packing, Different varieties of Dry fruits in 200Gm
packing and different spices and condiments in 200gm. and 400gm. Manufactured and
packed almost 600mt of Basmati Rice, Spices and Dry fruits to them in the 9 month
time frame.
Export almost 1500mt of Fresh Onion to Malaysia and Dubai Market in a year.
Manufactured seasoning blends for the different country and also for local pallets
manufactures.
