Duties and Responsibilities in (Spinneys)
Computerized SAP inventory management :
Book keeping and accounting information system,managing and updating
various files related to it (like suppliers information and paymentdetails),
invoice entry updating,receipts and payments updating in softcopyand
hardcopy.
Store Warehouse Management :
Receiving goods delivered by our logistics located in Alawir and Alquoz.
Various international branded food products frozen,chilled,and fresh
vegetables.Flowers and promotional items on festival occasions like
Christmas tree and other customer demanded goods.
Other local suppliers goods are received during day time, on first come basis
after the entry on register,goods are completelychecked with bar codes and
expiry dates,chilled and frozen goods have its temperature checked.
Once goods are received they are arranged by the merchandisers either on
the shop floor if itseems to be empty in the shelf or in the backup warehouse.
