Roles and responsibilities: -
 Provide end user services by resolving the Service Restoration Tickets raised by the ECC MM module Buyer Users
and the SRM SUS Portal Supplier users (Incidence Management)

Roles and responsibilities: -
 Involved in complete support for SRM SUS Procurement.

at vendor Portal.
 Responsible to face real item issues across any point of procurement cycle.
