Project 1:
Title: HR Document Management System
Role: SharePoint Developer

Project Description: DuPont wants to maintain their employees related documents, for this they need
Document Management System based on SharePoint. DuPont new hire or employee demographic
information is sitting in Workday and would be sent to document management system based in
SharePoint. Any changes in the demographic information are also communicated from WD to DMS. DMS
has to maintain create, update, versioning, auditing, search and retention policies for each document of
each employee.
Key Responsibilities:
 I am the point of contact for this Project, involved in all the phases of the project.
 Gathering and understanding requirements from clients and providing document management
architecture and design level solution using SharePoint 2013.
 Providing estimations for each sprint
 As I am the only developer assigned for this project, developed all the scenarios that meet the
client requirements.

This portal contains several applications related to many departments in the company.
Responsibilities:
 Gathering the requirements and getting them executed and coordinating with the Business.
 Testing the application to match with the requirements.
 Used sharepoint Out of the Box web parts to display and manage the content in site.
 Developed Custom Visual Webparts which retrieves and updates content from various data
sources like lists, page library and User profile service etc., using Sharepoint Object Model in

Description:
Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA) adds new Medicare Secondary Payer
(MSP) mandatory reporting requirements for group health plan (GHP) arrangements and for liability
insurance (including self-insurance), no-fault insurance, and workers’ compensation. MSP reporting
process is to enable CMS to pay correctly for Medicare covered items and services furnished to
Medicare beneficiaries by determining primary versus secondary payer responsibility.
Medicare Connect is a service offered by Settlement Solutions to address the NGHP CMS reporting
needs for our clients. The system will manage collection, validation, reporting and transmission of the
required data to CMS for any client that subscribes to Medicare Connect.

shared for interchange along with record level validation being applied and errors encountered will be
displayed in UI so that they can rectify the errors. This process will continue until they provide clean
claim files after which they will be certified to provide PRODUCTION claims to be submitted to Medicare
Connect.
