Samantha Dybac
Founder & Director | Sammway
Entrepreneur, brand builder, speaker and strategic connector. I have
17 years experience in the PR, strategic consulting, marketing and
events industries.
I have worked with a variety of clients and sectors including, not for
profit, digital, government relations, local council, female
entrepreneurs, startups, fast moving consumer goods, property
developers, health and fitness, hospitality and events.
Regardless of the company, client or project, I have successfully built
strategic relationships and delivered value across PR, events and
strategic communications.
My company, Sammway, has built a reputation.
As one of Australia’s leading integrated communications agencies we
help build awareness, recognition and exposure. Our services include,
public relations, event production, brand and marketing strategy, video animation and personal brand
workshops.
An example of a long standing working relationship is with, Kerry Chikarovski, a former NSW Opposition
Leader and now government relation’s adviser, speaker and board director.
I have a special interest in the not for profit sector and am responsible for the PR, marketing & events of
Adopt Change, an advocacy and research group for ethical adoption reform in Australia, Founded by
Deborra-lee Furness. I am also a marketing committee member of Odyssey House.
I recently joined 11 female entrepreneurs representing Australia at the United Nations inaugural,
International Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, 19 November 2014.
In July 2014, as an international keynote speaker & workshop facilitator, I addressed an audience of
public relations professionals in Singapore on "Maximising your PR Performance".
In 2013, I represented Australia at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20YEA) summit in
Moscow, Russia.
As the NSW Crusader for the League of Extraordinary Women, I helped launch Australia’s largest
movement to empower & educate young female entrepreneurs, recruiting high profile speakers and
staging events.

  • 1. Samantha Dybac Founder & Director | Sammway Entrepreneur, brand builder, speaker and strategic connector. I have 17 years experience in the PR, strategic consulting, marketing and events industries. I have worked with a variety of clients and sectors including, not for profit, digital, government relations, local council, female entrepreneurs, startups, fast moving consumer goods, property developers, health and fitness, hospitality and events. Regardless of the company, client or project, I have successfully built strategic relationships and delivered value across PR, events and strategic communications. My company, Sammway, has built a reputation. As one of Australia’s leading integrated communications agencies we help build awareness, recognition and exposure. Our services include, public relations, event production, brand and marketing strategy, video animation and personal brand workshops. An example of a long standing working relationship is with, Kerry Chikarovski, a former NSW Opposition Leader and now government relation’s adviser, speaker and board director. I have a special interest in the not for profit sector and am responsible for the PR, marketing & events of Adopt Change, an advocacy and research group for ethical adoption reform in Australia, Founded by Deborra-lee Furness. I am also a marketing committee member of Odyssey House. I recently joined 11 female entrepreneurs representing Australia at the United Nations inaugural, International Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, 19 November 2014. In July 2014, as an international keynote speaker & workshop facilitator, I addressed an audience of public relations professionals in Singapore on "Maximising your PR Performance". In 2013, I represented Australia at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20YEA) summit in Moscow, Russia. As the NSW Crusader for the League of Extraordinary Women, I helped launch Australia’s largest movement to empower & educate young female entrepreneurs, recruiting high profile speakers and staging events.
