Each session will cover opportunities available for higher studies in finance for particular countries/continents including USA, Canada, Australia, UK and other European and Asian countries.
The seminar aims to convey about the various fields in finance available for taking a post-graduation degree to help the students choose a finance field wisely so that it can benefit their career in finance. It will also provide a clear concept to the attendees regarding which post-graduation degree, MBA or other Masters Programs, would be suitable for a particular finance field and cover the scholarship opportunities of postgrad education provided by reputed universities.

The dairy SMF unit at Lakeland College had a successful 2017-2018 year. They met their mission of meeting the needs of all dairy animals every day. A SWOT analysis identified strengths like production and team, and weaknesses like herd stability. Short term goals included improving calf health and understanding new software. Key performance metrics like litres per cow exceeded industry averages. Financially, income exceeded expenses. Overall the unit had positive production, reproduction, health, and sustainability outcomes while also increasing public relations through tours.

The team manages the college's purebred Angus herd and this year introduced Red Angus to the herd. It's their recommendation to continue to develop a Red Angus herd.
The promotes, markets, feeds, monitors herd health, shows and puts together an annual Beef Day. The final presentation reports on all areas of team activities as well as makes recommendations for next year.

Rustlers awards winners 2016
A celebration of individual team awards for Rustler Athletics and 2015-16 season.
Awards included highest academic achievement, rookie of the year, most improved player, the Rustler award and most valuable player. Male and Female athletes of the young were also announced.
ACAC and CCCA recognition were also celebrated.
Lakeland College Student Managed Farm 2014-15 end of year review
Lakeland College Canada boasts a unique live the learning approach for their Agricultural Sciences program. The Student Managed Farm (SMF) located on the Vermilion campus enables students to experience all aspects of agriculture from operations to Marketing.
All the SMF teams (Crop, Dairy, Purebred Beef, Commercial Bee and Sheep) produce a public presentation at the end of the year reviewing performance, initiatives and recommendations for their handover to the next team.

This activism has led to the cessation of student encampments but also highlighted the substantial sacrifices made by students, including academic disruptions and personal risks. The primary drivers of these protests are poor university administration, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication between officials and students. This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. However, the researchers call for acknowledging the broader Impact of these sacrifices on the future global movement of FreePalestine.
