10. Recognition LevelsOne Way We Say Thanks!
Major Donor recognition is given when the lifetime combined total cash giving
of an individual or couple reaches the following levels:
Level 1 = $10,000
Level 2 = $25,000 Arch C. Klumph Society Membership = $250,000
Level 3 = $50,000
Level 4 = $100,000
Bequest Society Membership is granted when the Rotary Foundation is honored
in the estate plans of an individual or couple at the following levels:
Level 1 = $10,000 Level 4 = $100,000
Level 2 = $25,000 Level 5 = $250,000
Level 3 = $50,000 Level 6 = $500,000
Level 7 = $1,000,000

11. Named Funds
Creating a Rotary Legacy by Supporting the Endowment Fund
• Donate $25,000 or more to the Endowment Fund and designate
their use
– World Fund (Trustees Discretion)
– SHARE (World Fund and District Designated Funds)
– Rotary Peace Centers
– Any of the 6 Areas of Focus, then the donor may create a
named fund.
• Cash or Bequest
• Fund’s growth and spending is reported each year to the donor
(and when the gift is supporting SHARE, to the donor’s district).

12. Endowed Global GrantsCreating a Rotary Legacy by Endowing a Global Grant
• Donate $250,000 or more to the Endowment Fund
– May designate earnings made available to a
District for global grant in areas of donor
choosing
– $250,000 will average about $10,000 in
earnings per year.
– This can be done through a cash gift or a
bequest.
– Gifts greater than $250,000 even more
customized options become available.

13. Endowed Peace Fellows
Creating a Rotary Legacy by Endowing Rotary Peace Centers
• Could also create a Named Fund to support Peace Centers
(starting at $25,000) with a gift to the Endowment Fund.
– Gifts can be made in cash or via bequest.
• $100,000 - Endows annual seminar at a Rotary Peace Center
• $250,000 – One certificate program Peace fellow every year
• $500,000 - One two-year Peace Fellow every three years
$750,000 – Endows one two-year Rotary Peace Fellow every
two years
• $1 Million – Endows one visiting lecturer each year
• $1.5 Million – Endows one Rotary Peace Fellow at a two-year
Rotary Peace center every year
