This document outlines steps for establishing a mini-school concept to provide co-scholastic programs. It involves grading students based on various parameters to form groups and teams. A team hierarchy is formed based on audition results. Competitions are organized according to themes/curriculum and students are evaluated continuously. Life skills like thinking skills, social skills, emotional skills, and attitudes/values are a focus. Activities organized monthly follow themes and include out-of-classroom training, games, public speaking, role plays, and creativity/talent programs.
