What is a Literature Review?
It is very important that you know what a literature is, its purpose, and how it is organized. A literature review is a summary of previous research on a topic. Its' purpose is to review the scholarly literature relevant to the topic you are studying. Some questions you may think about as you develop your literature review:

· Are there any gaps in the knowledge of the subject?
· Is there consensus about the topic (subtopics)?
· What aspects have generated significant debate on the topic?

How do you write a Literature Review?
Summarize and explain what research has been done on the topic, citing the sources as you mention them. Point out the different ways researchers have treated the topic. You will be required to write a literature review on a specific (pre-approved) gender communication topic. Introduction
Eco 332 (Money and Banking) focuses on the traditional model of money and banking in the American banking system, a mixed capitalist economy. The course explains the functions of money and the functions and responsibilities of banking intermediaries and the Federal Reserve System in facilitating the needs of demanders of money. The course presentation of banking presumes one banking system exists which satisfies the needs of all potential users. In recent years, the evolution of non-traditional banking options has changed the view that one banking system can satisfy all users of banking services. Additionally, as the economic world has become more interdependent, national banking systems have evolved into global banking systems.
Question
Changes in the traditional banking system leave us with two broad questions—How has the traditional banking system changed? and How have banks responded to increased global interdependence? In this assignment you will respond to one of the above questions in a term (research) paper; you may select either question. For your convenience three topics are provided from which you may choose to write your paper:
1. Shadow Banking (in either the U.S. or a country of your choice).
2. Social Banking (in either the U.S. or a country of your choice).
3. Global Banking.
Topics (1) and (2) will answer the “how has traditional banking changed” question. The Global Banking topic is broad so you will need to narrow to a specific issue.
Task
In 1,250 to 1,500 words (5-6 pages excluding the title and references pages) compare and contrast the traditional banking model to either “Shadow Banking” or “Social Banking”. psychology and the criminal justice system. The biopsychosocial factors that may influence criminal
behavior are examined such as aggression, psychopathy, mental health disorders, and brain dysfunction.
Finally, appropriate psychological interventions are evaluated to determine the best course of action for
predicting and treating criminal behavior in both juveniles and adults.
This course provides students with foundational knowledge regarding the psychological and sociological
characteristics associated with criminal behavior. The textbook and other course sources examine the
complex nature of criminal behaviors through a variety of theories, methodologies, and perspectives.
Case studies and real‐life examples are also included. Through discussions, journal activities, written
assignments, and a Comprehensive Case Study Report Final Paper, students will utilize course content as
well as additional scholarly research to critically consider concepts that focus on the evolution of
criminal and delinquent behavior.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.

Description
The final paper asks you to choose one or two readings from the
course to explore in further
detail and to write on questions which emerge from and extend
those found in the readings.
The goal of the final paper is to intelligently and critically
examine the readings in regards to
how their ideas and concepts intersect, extend, or extrapolate
into our present perilous
moment, in regards to contemporary thinking on architectural
theory. The readings may be
contemporaneous or divergent; they may also require a kind of
triangulation of their ideas in
order to produce a working position. The essay should be
understood as a deep dive (or
critical archaeology) into the selected readings in order to
demonstrate a careful and nuanced
understanding (which is different than a summary or recap) of
the arguments at play, and an
ability to think through the potential effects or implied changes
that the authors argue for.
Depending on the texts chosen, the ideas may be in contrast to
current day practices of
beliefs, or they may point to other possible futures, routes not
taken, or roads previously
available now closed. It is your job to explore these avenues of
thought in examining the
readings while keeping a keen eye on today. Use of specific
projects (built or unbuilt) or case
studies is encouraged in order to provide examples and/ or
instantiations of the concepts.
22. Remember to pose questions as opposed to seeking answers, and
to explore the material of
the seminar fully. The paper will develop and advance the
thematics of the course and build on
writing and argumentation skills. The essay should follow the
Chicago Manual of Style citation
method with properly cited footnotes, images, and bibliography,
consisting of 3-5 sources of
scholarly books or articles.
