Saifuddin K. Mogri has over 30 years of experience as an electrical engineer with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). He currently leads the day-to-day operations and development of key performance indicators for LADWP power plants and renewable energy projects. Some of his responsibilities include overseeing a $700 million annual budget for the Intermountain Power Project, managing renewable project development, and providing leadership in replacing coal power with natural gas and renewables. Mogri holds an MBA and MS in Electrical Engineering and has chaired several committees dealing with issues like renewable operations, greenhouse gases, and salvage operations.

operations of IPP with over 450 employees.
Review and approve O&M schedule and plans, capital Improvements and equipment
purchases for IPP, Adelanto and IPP converter stations and transmission lines and
Linden Wind Farm with expenditures totaling over $50 million annually.
Implemented a safety program at the Linden Wind Farm by meeting with the operators of
the wind turbines and the Balance of Plant and leading and directing them to develop
joint safety goals for Linden. Monitor the safety programs at IPP and Renewable
facilities.

Monitored insulator contamination testing at NGK and IREQ high voltage laboratories in
