Follow up on fire emergency. Make a ''ALL CLEAR'' call, so the
working start again. Make Analysis on Fire igination and counter
measures to Responder III.
Risk Assesment of fire for the major and minor
fire emergency. Information to Responder II.
ACTIONS
For minor case, Power cut-off call is called. Remove all ignitable items
from near by place of fire. Use fire extinguishers , and other available
equipment to fight against fire. In parallel inform Responder II. Wait till
the ''ALL CLEAR'' Call is called.

For Major case, ring the siren.Power cut-off call is called.Evacuate the
whole area without creating penic condition. Instruct to evacuate from
the fire place calmly. And gather them at Assembly Area. Inform
Responder II about Fire emergency situation. Use fire extinguishers , and
other available equipment to fight against fire. Wait till the ''ALL
CLEAR'' Call is called.

prevention in Working Area and on arrangments
of Fire Birgade/other anti fire resources.
GENBA for the compliance of counter
measures and preventive actions. Decisions for
major Investigations from Govt. Sources

compliance of fire prevention in Working Area.
Evaluation of Fire Safety. Analysis on the cause
of fire. Arangment of monthly trainings for
Employees.
In minor casses, Close the case after Implementation of counter
measures and GENBA.
Major Case
Follow up on Anti fire measures during emergency.Make an In-House
investigation team for the cause of fire. Analysis for the occurances of
any kind of demages. Decision for further investigations. Implementaion
of suggested counter measures. Observe these preventive counter
measures in GENBA. Over view on follow ups.
Major Case
Follow up on fire emergency. (Fire Birgade and Anti Fire resources).
Supervise evacuation from fire place to assembly area. Supervise
removal of each flameable material near fire place. Ensure no harm to
Employees, as safety of employees comes first. Analysis should be done
on the cause of fire and counter measures. Compliance of counter
measures should be implemented. A Report is submitted to Responder
