• Contract and supplier management has traditionally been
the stepchild in companies. All of a sudden, it is at the
forefront
• Resources - Immediate need to renegotiate contracts and to
monitor suppliers at a higher level. Technology enabled
companies have a distinct advantage
• It is easy to get capital in a time of crisis if you can show how
you can minimize risk/detrimental impact

resources
