Business side:
An information system is here to work for you.
The idea is to take a business process and to make it
smarter, managed, accessible, automated and
advanced as possible.
The business is your customer. They should focus
on voicing his needs, and you should decide what
will be the right solution within the system.
13. How to manage a SaaS - business vs. technical
Business side:
There will be many requests and types of users, your job is to
understand as deep as possible the essence of the business process and
its stakeholders, in order to create the best solution.
You will have to prioritize and understand the overall usability and
dependencies of the different portions of the system.
14. How to manage a SaaS - business vs. technical
Technical side:
● You are positioned as the authority in terms of what is
best for the system, and how things should be
implemented, presented and work.
● It is important to design simple yet holistic and
advanced solutions as features tend to get more
complex.
