The SAP Learning Hub is the central location that allows
access to different learning offerings and SAP Learning
Rooms. There are different editions of the SAP Learning Hub.
By default, SAP S/4HANA Cloud customers are eligible to
use the SAP Enterprise Support Edition. This edition
provides access to the SAP Enterprise Support relevant
learning contents and the S/4HANA Cloud Implementation
Learning Room.
To access SAP Learning Hub, edition for
SAP Enterprise Support, a one-time
registration is required Access to
registration landing page (S-user ID is
required).
The process is also described in the SAP Activate Roadmap
Viewer (Prepare/Deliverable: Customer Team Self-
Enablement/Access to the SAP Learning Hub).

Release Upgrade
Upgrades and Content Corrections
• Content corrections are generally scheduled on a two week period and are deployed to all customers over the weekend
during standard downtimes. Note that exceptions exist that may delay the schedule.
• Continuous Feature Delivery model releases new features on a monthly basis. Some features can be activated at
customer's discretion, till made available by default in the next major upgrade.
• Upgrades are scheduled twice a year: February and August.
• All customers are on the same release and hotfix package.
• Service marketplace notes are not individually applied. They must be part of a hotfix.
• SLA (Service Level Agreement) for cloud services can be found here.
• SAP notifies via email, release upgrade schedule to each customer, at least 6 weeks in advance.

• Q (Quality) systems are upgraded first

You receive Four SAP emails:
#1 SAP Cloud Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
The email comes with the access information to the SAP Cloud Platform
Identity Authentication Service (IAS). Again the IT person specified in the
contract will be the owner of this system. The IT Administrator should reset
his/her password and access the IAS tenant as the first step.
#2 SAP Central Business Configuration System
This email will contain links for Central Business Configuration, Identity
Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service(IPS). You
should use your S User credentials to login to IPS. The user access for CBC
should be set up as described here.
#3 Starter system URL and Initial User ID
This email contains the Initial User and access information to the starter
system. This 20-char user is a technical administrator which allows you to
create the business users with the administrator role. It is not required to be
used further, but it’s a good idea to keep it safe.
You can access the starter system only after CBC is set up and milestone
“Complete Explore Phase” is set.
#4 Initial Password
This email, sent separately for security, contains the initial password which you
can reset.

responsible for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud (not an actual IT contact). This should be changed
by creating with a service request / incident created in component XX-S4C-OPR-INC.

Test Automation Tool for S/4HANA Cloud

The Test Automation Tool is integral part of SAP S/4HANA Cloud. With preconfigured test scripts you can automate your business process tests.
In addition, you can change existing or create new test cases via a recording functionality. In addition, regression testing is supported by SAP
delivered test automats on app level. The option of using and leveraging SAP Cloud ALM is strongly recommended.

Quality Gate Exit Requirements for the Realize Phase
 A detailed end-user learning plan has been formulated
 Solution configuration has been appropriately performed, respective units are effectively tested, output document
templates have been defined, enhanced, and transferred
 Integration effectively setup in the Q-System and started/planned for P
 Extensibility items have been developed, tested and transported to the P-System
 Data migration has been fully tested; data has been migrated; and final data quality has been assessed
 Pre-requisites for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Integration (if any) with non-SAP S/4HANA Cloud systems in productive
landscape have been completed
 Test plans have been created and executed successfully
 The post go-live support process and organization is defined and enabled
 Learning content has been developed and rolled-out
 Cut-over strategy, scope, timelines communication and roles have been fully documented
 All relevant OCM analysis conducted and OCM activities planned

 All project deliverables are complete and the project has obtained an official sign-off/closure
 All hypercare exit criteria have been met and any outstanding issues accepted by the operations team
 All data migration activities been completed successfully
 All project and customer process documentation is stored centrally
 All OCM activities are complete or on track
 Organizational roles and responsibilities have been assigned for:
- Documentation / content update / training and onboarding material for new users (change in staff, new hires)
- New user provisioning and authorization management
- End-user support
- Key user support
- Critical incident management
 Escalation procedures have been defined; including, communication path, escalation path, key contacts
and channels
 Procedure for managing release/innovation cycles has been defined; including Regression Testing,
evaluation of new scope items and scope item changes, business communication for maintenance
windows and restrictions
 User enablement for the SAP Cloud Availability Center and SAP Enterprise Support been performed
 Training and onboarding material available for new users (change in staff, new hires)

Note that exceptions exist that may delay the schedule. • Continuous Feature Delivery model releases new features on a monthly basis. Some features can be activated at customer's discretion, till made available by default in the next major upgrade. • Upgrades are scheduled twice a year: February and August. • All customers are on the same release and hotfix package. • Service marketplace notes are not individually applied. All rights reserved. ǀ Ensure System Access You receive Four SAP emails: #1 SAP Cloud Identity Authentication Service (IAS) The email comes with the access information to the SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service (IAS). Again the IT person specified in the contract will be the owner of this system. The IT Administrator should reset his/her password and access the IAS tenant as the first step. #2 SAP Central Business Configuration System This email will contain links for Central Business Configuration, Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service(IPS). You should use your S User credentials to login to IPS. The user access for CBC should be set up as described here. #3 Starter system URL and Initial User ID This email contains the Initial User and access information to the starter system. This 20-char user is a technical administrator which allows you to create the business users with the administrator role. It is not required to be used further, but it’s a good idea to keep it safe. You can access the starter system only after CBC is set up and milestone “Complete Explore Phase” is set. #4 Initial Password This email, sent separately for security, contains the initial password which you can reset. 3 IMPORTANT: The IT contact maybe setup as the customer contractual contact / procurer responsible for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud (not an actual IT contact).
