As Head of Support Sales & Procure, I have the global responsibility for support delivery in the areas of Sales, Sourcing, Procurement and Retail ("SD, SRM, MM, IS-R"), for S/4 HANA and previous versions. This product family belongs to the Digital Core portfolio in Product Support, within SAP DBS Customer Success Services. Our aim is to support our customers and partners on their journey to become Intelligent Enterprises. I also engage with the SAP ecosystem and community as SAP Technology Ambassador for the SAP and SAP Support.
