among TBI patients, these daily activities are difficult for these individuals. In the
past low tech items were used such as daily planners and strategically placed notes,
but due to the growth of high tech instruments, such as smartphones, personal
computers, and PDAs, the low tech devices are being used less (Gentry, Wallace,
Kvarfordt, Lynch 2008 19 24). In the early stages of high tech device use among TBI
patients there were three popular computerprograms that were used, but they were
contained to desktop computers, which makes them useless outside of the
individual s home. Once PDA s were introduced these programs became obsolete.
An early study of PDA use included the use a program called Psion Organizer. The
study found that most TBI patients with memory deficits preferred the PDA and

The faculty decided to use Extreme Programming as the method for the
Foundations course because it was an agile method, it had good engineering
practices, and it was a safe sandbox environment for engineers to try paired
programming since many managers in industry were initially skeptical about its
benefits. In 2005, the faculty allowed three of the sixteen teams tried our new
curriculum to see if there were any serious issues in the switch, while other thirteen
teams continued to follow a start point in 2004. The feedback was extremely
positive so in 2006, all teams followed Extreme Programming. For the project plan
duration, Waterfall teams needed fifteen weeks to finish their tasks where as Extreme
Programming teams were given only thirteen weeks, a 13% reduction in time.

In the present work, PVA Ag nanocomposite films with thickness 0.18 mm, constant
silver content (0.4 wt. %) and different time of reactions (0.1, 3, 5, 7, 9 h) were
prepared by chemical reduction methods. Surface topology, optical and electrical
properties of PVA Ag nanocompositewere studied using absorption spectroscopy,
electrometer, atomic force microscope (AFM) and photoluminescence (PL)
spectroscopy were used to characterize the prepared nanocomposites. Optical
absorption coefficient studies showed a peak at 427 nm for all samples, in addition
to the peak at 200 nm for undoped PVA film. There is observable change in the
absorbed intensity at 427 nm with the time of reaction. The refractive index was
found increase with increasing the time of reaction. It was found that the root mean
square (RMS) roughness. Frank poole emission is the prevailing transport
mechanism for all samples. While PL intensity at 427 nm increase as the time of
