2. Let that sink in. After WWII, President Truman, Churchill and Stalin met to
establishpost-war peace. These three leaders destined the future of
EasternBloc, including E. Germany, where millions of people were
doomed to live under domination of a Stalin dictatorship. Physicaland
mentalviolence - treason. I mustadmit that not everyone suffered in
Stalinism. Definitely not the communistleaders. One of them is now
running the EU.
If it hadn’'t been for Roosevelt's death, Czechoslovakia mighthave been
saved. In fact, General Patton entered Czechoslovakia as the last occupied
country by Nazis. But he was ordered by General Eisenhower to halt in
advance and wait for the Red Army that was approaching from the east.
The army of General Patton waited four days by the Czech/German border
while Czechs were dying. The hot war was over and cold war began. (I
read that America needed Stalin to help to defeat Japan and therefore
Truman submitted to Stalin's wish). Life is not always fair but we have to
accept it.
3. My point is, there was not one Czech blaming President Truman or Churchill
from the 50 years of miserable life. Not to mention the fights people went
throughto regain back democracy they had before WWII. The Eastern Block
was liberated in 1989, followed by Russia. They all stood for the same ideology
- FREEDOM. Suddenly, totalitarianism/communism was history. So what makes
Americans hate Russia? Distrustisn't a reason for hate.
I am asking all Americans who are unable to take Russiafrom their minds:
"Whathas Russia done to you so far? Have you lived behind the Iron Curtain?"
The answer is NO. So please, try to be human and stop brainwashing ordinary
people that can so easily submit to whatever they are told. And remember: "If
we don't change we don't grow." That is if you care about prosperity of the
United State of America.
