Introduction
Education is certainly the key to success as acquiring a good education level means that one will be able to perform in a better manner as opposed to those who have not attained some level of education. However, in these modern times, the number of distractions in the classroom area has become rather extreme to an extent they make it difficult for a teacher to capture the attention of their pupils. Therefore, various techniques and tools are being embraced as well as developed to make it possible for people to focus more on classes and be able to take in more information than usual.
It is common to hear people say that education is a very boring endeavor that only drags an individual behind and is also a waste of time. Such comments arise as a result of the education system sticking to the same method of dishing out knowledge which is not taking a look at its ever-evolving students and pupils. The current generation is a more innovative, technologically advanced and one that seems to be attracted to what they can identify with. Therefore, to make education interesting and to be well needed to the students, the adaptation and incorporation of technology within the classroom sector would be a major benefit. Technology appliances can make education, learning, and sharing of knowledge more interesting and effective.
Benefits of Technology in classrooms
In many situations, students find it difficult to study or make sense out of what they learn because they never go back to review what they did in class. This can be a major challenge as they might have difficulties in writing as fast as the lessons go or lack the ability to retain a high level of information in one day. However, through technology, this can be easily solved at a go. The students can be allowed to use tablets, iPads and even laptops during class where they are connected under one VPN network that regulates the use of other services that the device offers. This brings a futuristic feel to the classrooms and every student ends up feeling better about themselves as well as being able to focus more since they have an assistant with them (Pano Savvidis, 1).
Technology in classrooms can also make it possible for both teacher/lecturer/professor and the students to enjoy the lesson at all times through transforming an ordinary classroom into a smart classroom. Tools such as holograms surround sound can be used to make a lesson livelier. (Gebre, Engida, Alenoush Saroyan, and Robert Bracewell, 22). For example, if a class is doing a physics lesson, the hologram technology in the classroom can be used to make simulations that the stude.

Introduction
Education is certainly the key to success as acquiring a good
education level means that one will be able to perform in a
better manner as opposed to those who have not attained some
level of education. However, in these modern times, the number
of distractions in the classroom area has become rather extreme
to an extent they make it difficult for a teacher to capture the
attention of their pupils. Therefore, various techniques and tools
are being embraced as well as developed to make it possible for
people to focus more on classes and be able to take in more
information than usual.
It is common to hear people say that education is a very boring
endeavor that only drags an individual behind and is also a
waste of time. Such comments arise as a result of the education
system sticking to the same method of dishing out knowledge
which is not taking a look at its ever-evolving students and
pupils. The current generation is a more innovative,
technologically advanced and one that seems to be attracted to
what they can identify with. Therefore, to make education
interesting and to be well needed to the students, the adaptation
and incorporation of technology within the classroom sector
would be a major benefit. Technology appliances can make
education, learning, and sharing of knowledge more interesting
2. and effective.
Benefits of Technology in classrooms
In many situations, students find it difficult to study or make
sense out of what they learn because they never go back to
review what they did in class. This can be a major challenge as
they might have difficulties in writing as fast as the lessons go
or lack the ability to retain a high level of information in one
day. However, through technology, this can be easily solved at a
go. The students can be allowed to use tablets, iPads and even
laptops during class where they are connected under one VPN
network that regulates the use of other services that the device
offers. This brings a futuristic feel to the classrooms and every
student ends up feeling better about themselves as well as being
able to focus more since they have an assistant with them (Pano
Savvidis, 1).
Technology in classrooms can also make it possible for both
teacher/lecturer/professor and the students to enjoy the lesson at
all times through transforming an ordinary classroom into a
smart classroom. Tools such as holograms surround sound can
be used to make a lesson livelier. (Gebre, Engida, Alenoush
Saroyan, and Robert Bracewell, 22). For example, if a class is
doing a physics lesson, the hologram technology in the
classroom can be used to make simulations that the students can
then learn from. The surround system also makes it possible for
educators who lack a loud voice to easily be audible and it
might also reduce the chances of students sleeping in
classrooms. Holograms can also be used to record a lesson that
a teacher could have offered but is not there to offer it. This is a
brilliant way of ensuring that teachers and students never fall
behind on the syllabus nor is time wasted. The teacher can
easily record a lesson and then hand it to a supervisor who will
be overseeing the lesson to ensure that the students are focused
(Pano Savvidis, 1).
Technology in classrooms is essential in that it can make it
possible to reduce the challenges of students having to go to the
Library to access books or be forced to buy course books that
3. easily get lost, wear out and can be difficult at times carrying to
school. Having technology introduced in classrooms makes it
possible for students to have all essential study materials they
need and can also be able to access them in any region. In a
classroom set up, the desks can be transformed into screens that
have touchscreen capabilities and are directly connected to the
library system all under a particular VPN that the teachers of
that semester can have access to. This makes it easier to
administer Continuous Assessment Tests as well as keeping
track of a student's turn out by including a biometric check-in.
This will ensure that students are comfortable with their studies
as they will have all the resources needed and it will also
increase class attendance (Gebre, Engida, Alenoush Saroyan,
and Robert Bracewell, 22).
However, many people might claim that having technology in
classrooms is nothing but asking for trouble. Claims such as
many students might drop out or feel as if they do not belong
since they lack the devices might arise (Purcell, Kristen, 2).
However, this claim fails to have a strong background as the
devices can be more of a school project as well as a government
project that can equally receive support from some of the many
tech companies. It can also be assumed that students can use the
devices for other purposes while in class, however, as much as
this sounds possible it actually might not be the case as the
devices will be connected under one VPN that will be monitored
and controlled as well as limited various accesses. This makes it
possible to administer a great lesson without losing anyone’s
attention.
Conclusion
Technology has been around for many years and it has made it
possible for many uses to learn new ways as well as acquire new
sets of skills and knowledge. A classroom is an environment
that needs to depict this exact act of learning new things and
being able to understand new information. As a result of this,
technology needs to be allowed and practiced even more in our
classrooms and be made available to all students. Challenges
4. are part of life and this is a factor that needs to be accepted as
we cannot live in a bubble for all eternity. Therefore, giving
technology a try in classrooms should be considered by all
means possible.
