Introduction
The nursing profession is faced with many challenges like any other. The nurse is tasked with the duty to take care of patients by visitation and to have the ability to study the problems to satisfy their patient’s .to to give the nurses the ability to know their work well; they are taking with the work of identification of duties that they are supposed to handle. There have been many challenges facing the nurses in their fold of work .such has been due to the shortage in the workforces as compared to the patient workload. (Lu, et al. 2015). Thus comes the need for the nurse to work for long hours without getting time to rest. When the nurses are overworked, they end up being over-exhausted in which in turn will result in the nurses underperforming.
The problem is crucial because the nurse is needed to take care of the patients. Thus the lesser the nurse who is present the healthcare facilities, the lower the work output that the facilities will meet with. The understaffing of the nursing facilities results in the problem that there are also other factors then come to hand. The lack of the nurses will make the experts present within the facility lack time to do their research due to lack of time.
Time is need for analysis of the data that has been obtained for patients to be done, if the nurse is not enough within the facilities, then that ability of the health care facilitates to allocate the needed number of the nurse to get the analysis of the result will be in lack. Therefore the facility will fail to give the satisfaction required to the public and the patient who are in the facilities. Consequently, the number of nurses who are within many organization are concerned with healthcare needed to be checked. This will help in the elevation of the care with the patients and the wards. (Lu, et al. 2015). He challenges that nurses face in the line of duty need to be taken care of.
The government and the concerned partied need to recruit enough nurses to help in the allocation of the services and the care that is needs by the patients within the diverse and spread health care facilities. (Wang, et al. 2017).
Importance of the research
Researches have been done to try and know the problem that the nurses face when in line with their duty. The study is intended to see the question of the nurse’s face and help in the environment of the issues because then nurses play a care role in the society in the healthcare if the patient and the people in general. Also, the study will help many organizations to have a clear picture of the problems and the challenges that the nurses in the course of doing their work. Also, the best facilities will be improved do other nurses after knowin.

Identification of the Problem
Nurse faces a myriad of challenges in their daily execution of duties. To ensure that they discharge their duties perfectly all these challenges must be identified and effective measures are put in place to ensure that the challenges are taken care of. The major problems that most of the medical facilities are the issue of understaffing. Nurses have faced challenges in terms of duties assigned to them in comparison to their numbers. Studies conducted have also portrayed that there are shortages of nurses in the medical facilities. However, the challenges that these nurses face are varied in different nations and towns, there are those nations that have surplus while there are those towns and nations that have a high shortage of these important service providers in the healthcare facilities.
The impact of these shortages has also resulted in further challenges for the nurses. In this regard, one of the major challenges that these nurses face is the need to work for long hours due to the shortage of employees at the medical facilities. The few available nurses must work in shifts and endure long working hours to ensure that they meet the desired goals of the institution are met. The work of nurses calls for one to be sober and cognitive in decision making (McLelland et al. 2015). However, with a situation where nurses are required to work for long hours, work in shifts such that they can sleep for a while and resume their duties. This is a worrying trend for the nurses because their cognitive ability and judgment as normal human beings are likely to decline when overworked. Therefore, the chances of making poor decisions are also likely to increase with time as they work overtime.
Besides that, the shortages of nurses in healthcare facilities which calls for overworking of these nurses to ensure that patients are fully taken care of, usually lead to an increase in hazard and dangerous accidents taking place.

Analysis of a Pertinent Healthcare Issue
This document discusses the critical care burnout for nurses and the correlation between them and bad patient care. A debate will be held on the burnout levels and rationale for nurses at the University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH). The writer will show how self-care outside your workplace can decrease work tiredness and having adequate stress management organizations in the workplace. Two study papers related to the suggested modifications to reduce the burnout in infants will be analyzed. (Harkin, 2014).
Purpose of the change proposal
Increased workplace stress, lengthy hours and traumatic exposure in patient care are strong in acute care. This kind of setting may lead to enhanced work exhaustion and greater burnout levels on nurses. Employment fatigue is shown in patient care reduced and general compassion decreased (Cocker & Joss, 2016). With a healthy working and household with good self-care and good stress management, work fatigue can be avoided and high quality care is maintained in acute care environments. (Chilcoat, 2016).

Care burnout remains one of the leading causes of UNMH turnover levels. In the last five years, the elevated burnout levels at UNMH studied reveal increased burnout. Research has demonstrated that burnout is immediately linked to the absence of social support, inadequacy in controlling schedules or tasks, a messy working situation and a work-life imbalance. UNMH is creating opportunities and programs aimed at reducing burnout prices. (University of New Mexico, 2016).
Nursing intervention
Educating nurses about the significance of beneficial self-care practices in acute care, for example meditation, treatment, physical exercise and spending time on working outdoors in order to enjoy life. In the workplace, the workforce can also interact, discussing severe stressors and communicating therapeutically to one another in order to decrease effective stress on the environment. (Wolf, Perhats, Delao, & Clark, 2017) — Working to offer worker self-programming, prevent compulsory overtime, monitor worker overtime, and create mentorship programs (University of New Mexico, 2016).

Fatigue in nurses have been a factor that has always come with very many consequences in the medical world such as poor decision making that has not only led to negligence in the hospital but also inappropriate administration of prescribed medicine leading to, at worst, death of patients. Nursing shortages are not a new concept. As the Baby boomers age and more nurses retire, nurses' needs will intensify (American Association of Colleges of Nursing [AACN], 2021). The nursing industry is expected to increase 7% by 2029, with an estimated 175,900 RN openings each year through 2029 (AACN, 2021). Nursing shortages are multifactual. Nursing shortage factors include: nursing school enrolment is not growing with the demand, a significant portion of nurses are nearing retirement age, and insufficient staffing driving nurses to leave the profession (AACN, 2021). One area, in particular, that is sensitive to nursing shortages, and retention is correctional nursing. "Retention of nursing staff is more complex in a correctional facility" (Chafin & Biddle, 2013). One study noted only 20% of the nurses remained employed after three-years at this particular facility (Chafin & Biddle, 2013).
In a correctional facility, the primary focus is given to security, with healthcare being second. Providing care within a correctional setting is very different than a hospital setting. Facility security is always the focus and drive. How a nurse interacts with patients (inmates) within a facility is vastly different from a non-correctional environment. Being overly friendly or nice can wreak havoc and be deemed "over familiarizing" with inmates or been seen as a weakness by inmates creating a safety concern (Walsh, 2009). The correctional setting comes with its inherent dangers and stressors, leading to nurses' high turnover.
The prison I was formerly employed with has significantly reduced nurses due to terminations and resignments. As an employee with the Michigan Department of Corrections, a nurse can be pulled from any facility to fill the needs of another facility at any given time of which has recently happened. Marquette Branch Prison is to have nine registered nurses in total, and right now, they only have four RNs employed there. The facility has tried to offer signing bonuses to retain RNs. They have changed some procedures to make it safer for the nursing staff, such as correctional escorts when going to the cells, and have reached out to contract agencies to secure nurses. However, none of these measures have led to success. As the shortage increases, the remaining nurses are forced to work more overtime in an already demanding and stressful environment leading to an even faster turnover and increased safety concerns.
Living in a rural area already stresses the number of nurses available, and trying to recruit and retain nurses within the correctional system proves to be an even harder strain. Introduction
Nursing just like any profession faces numerous challenges daily. Nurses are usually tasked with the duty to ensure that they work diligently and professionally to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the services that they deliver. They are usually tasked with the duty to ensure that the patients that visit their premises get quality services that they deserve. However, these services come at a cost; they face a myriad of challenges that they have to work fully despite these challenges to satisfy their clients. Therefore, this research paper analysis some of the problems that nurses face in the daily execution of their duties.
Identification of the Problem
Nurse faces a myriad of challenges in their daily execution of duties. To ensure that they discharge their duties perfectly all these challenges must be identified and effective measures are put in place to ensure that the challenges are taken care of. The major problems that most of the medical facilities are the issue of understaffing. Nurses have faced challenges in terms of duties assigned to them in comparison to their numbers. Studies conducted have also portrayed that there are shortages of nurses in the medical facilities. However, the challenges that these nurses face are varied in different nations and towns, there are those nations that have surplus while there are those towns and nations that have a high shortage of these important service providers in the healthcare facilities.
The impact of these shortages has also resulted in further challenges for the nurses. In this regard, one of the major challenges that these nurses face is the need to work for long hours due to the shortage of employees at the medical facilities. The few available nurses must work in shifts and endure long working hours to ensure that they meet the desired goals of the institution are met. The work of nurses calls for one to be sober and cognitive in decision making (McLelland et al. 2015). However, with a situation where nurses are required to work for long hours, work in shifts such that they can sleep for a while and resume their duties. This is a worrying trend for the nurses because their cognitive ability and judgment as normal human beings are likely to decline when overworked. Therefore, the chances of making poor decisions are also likely to increase with time as they work overtime.

Analysis of a Pertinent Healthcare Issue
This document discusses the critical care burnout for nurses and the correlation between them and bad patient care. A debate will be held on the burnout levels and rationale for nurses at the University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH). The writer will show how self-care outside your workplace can decrease work tiredness and having adequate stress management organizations in the workplace. Two study papers related to the suggested modifications to reduce the burnout in infants will be analyzed. (Harkin, 2014).
Purpose of the change proposal
Increased workplace stress, lengthy hours and traumatic exposure in patient care are strong in acute care. This kind of setting may lead to enhanced work exhaustion and greater burnout levels on nurses. Employment fatigue is shown in patient care reduced and general compassion decreased (Cocker & Joss, 2016). With a healthy working and household with good self-care and good stress management, work fatigue can be avoided and high quality care is maintained in acute care environments. (Chilcoat, 2016).

Care burnout remains one of the leading causes of UNMH turnover levels. In the last five years, the elevated burnout levels at UNMH studied reveal increased burnout. Research has demonstrated that burnout is immediately linked to the absence of social support, inadequacy in controlling schedules or tasks, a messy working situation and a work-life imbalance. UNMH is creating opportunities and programs aimed at reducing burnout prices. (University of New Mexico, 2016).
Nursing intervention
Educating nurses about the significance of beneficial self-care practices in acute care, for example meditation, treatment, physical exercise and spending time on working outdoors in order to enjoy life. In the workplace, the workforce can also interact, discussing severe stressors and communicating therapeutically to one another in order to decrease effective stress on the environment. (Wolf, Perhats, Delao, & Clark, 2017) — Working to offer worker self-programming, prevent compulsory overtime, monitor worker overtime, and create mentorship programs (University of New Mexico, 2016).
Evaluation of the literature
A study of comparative studies (2003) involves three-fold layout research involving quantity and qualitative techniques. This study will address the burnout among nursing workers in accidents and emergency and acute medicine. Fatigue in nurses have been a factor that has always come with very many consequences in the medical world such as poor decision making that has not only led to negligence in the hospital but also inappropriate administration of prescribed medicine leading to, at worst, death of patients. We are to see how nurse’s fatigue relates to job satisfaction and nurse to patient ratio.
Background of the Problem
Nurses who are dissatisfied in their jobs always lack mental strength or the motivation for that matter to endure the ever-demanding requirements that are accompanied by the nursing career. This lack of interest of interest may make them work without much care in their job which results to dissatisfaction among patients (Chang, Chiu, Lin, & Lee,2009). Nursing shortages are not a new concept. As the Baby boomers age and more nurses retire, nurses' needs will intensify (American Association of Colleges of Nursing [AACN], 2021). The nursing industry is expected to increase 7% by 2029, with an estimated 175,900 RN openings each year through 2029 (AACN, 2021). Nursing shortages are multifactual. Nursing shortage factors include: nursing school enrolment is not growing with the demand, a significant portion of nurses are nearing retirement age, and insufficient staffing driving nurses to leave the profession (AACN, 2021). One area, in particular, that is sensitive to nursing shortages, and retention is correctional nursing. "Retention of nursing staff is more complex in a correctional facility" (Chafin & Biddle, 2013). One study noted only 20% of the nurses remained employed after three-years at this particular facility (Chafin & Biddle, 2013).
In a correctional facility, the primary focus is given to security, with healthcare being second. Providing care within a correctional setting is very different than a hospital setting. Facility security is always the focus and drive. How a nurse interacts with patients (inmates) within a facility is vastly different from a non-correctional environment. Being overly friendly or nice can wreak havoc and be deemed "over familiarizing" with inmates or been seen as a weakness by inmates creating a safety concern (Walsh, 2009). The correctional setting comes with its inherent dangers and stressors, leading to nurses' high turnover.
The prison I was formerly employed with has significantly reduced nurses due to terminations and resignments. As an employee with the Michigan Department of Corrections, a nurse can be pulled from any facility to fill the needs of another facility at any given time of which has recently happened. Marquette Branch Prison is to have nine registered nurses in total, and right now, they only have four RNs employed there. The facility has tried to offer signing bonuses to retain RNs. They have changed some procedures to make it safer for the nursing staff, such as correctional escorts when going to the cells, and have reached out to contract agencies to secure nurses. However, none of these measures have led to success. As the shortage increases, the remaining nurses are forced to work more overtime in an already demanding and stressful environment leading to an even faster turnover and increased safety concerns.
Living in a rural area already stresses the number of nurses available, and trying to recruit and retain nurses within the correctional system proves to be an even harder strain. The shortage in the nursing profession has been an issue for over several years. Especially following COVID-19 suddenly gotten worse. St. Mary Elizabeth Hospital is no exception to this growing issue. Nurses make up the majority of medical practitioners and are essential to the industry. There remains a demand for more skilled educators in the perioperative environment and less even workforce distribution. Many serious factors cause the lack of nurses. As the age increases, there is a greater necessity for medical coverage. The authenticity is that, instead of taking just one illness, senior adults typically have illnesses and founders that necessitate professional care. Overall, individuals exist lengthier, a growing ultimatum for well-being care. Many chronic illnesses that were previously fatal are now treatable (Mar et al., 2019). The baby boom generation is still at a stage where they might need more medical attention as society ages. Today, more incredible Americans than ever previously time in history are above the age of 65.

As you all know, healthcare is always in high demand. With such a growing demand for healthcare services creates an even greater demand for health providers. Because the populations demand for healthcare is ever-growing and lack of health providers is on the rise, patient care deficits are prevalent. Patient care is not being met because there simply aren't enough providers to provide care for every patient in need. On the other hand, health care providers and organizations are suffering too. The workload is very strenuous on healthcare providers and detrimental to healthcare organizations. In our organization we are affected by this by having an overwhelming demand of patients in our emergency rooms and an underwhelming amount of staff to accommodate these patients.
In more detail this affects our organization by causing an increase in nurse burnout, 30-day readmits, and poor patient satisfaction scores to name a few examples. Heavy workload environments along with poor patient to nurse ratios contribute significantly to nurse burn out (Norful, 2018). Because of this, the chances of nurses making medical errors are more likely. As a result, our organization chances of liability for medical errors are increased. If patient care was not provided adequately because of lack of providers, many patients will come back to the hospital within 30 days. When this happens often insurance companies find the hospital responsible and will not pay (Park, 2018). As a result, the hospital is held accountable for lack of care and suffers financial losses. Satisfaction rating by patient often result in greater financial opportunities for our organization. A lot of patient dissatisfaction responses came from their needs not being meet. Things such as time spent with physicians and wait time to be seen are common issues.
Now that we know what the issue is what are we going to do about it? Though the lack of healthcare providers is a prominent issue for all healthcare entities it is not a new. For years studies have been conducted to help alleviate this issue. In a study, advanced scheduling was used to alleviate high wait times and overall continuity of patient care (Qu, 2007). The daily health care provider demand was examined along with the patient need to create a schedule that consist of adequate provider to patient ratios. As a result, healthcare providers were not overbooked, and patients had less of a wait time and more time spent with providers.
In another study, federal qualified health centers were initiated in order to decrease the shortage of health providers (Xue, 2018). These health centers provided underprivileged communities that did not have access to health care facilities, a place where they could be seen by primary providers. Shortage of Nurses
The Nnursinge shortage has been a problem for many health facilities, not only in the United States, but the whole world. In the past few years, I have been working as a nurse in pPractice in a rehabilitation center with geriatric patients, whereand there is a demand for workforce in this department. The cause for nurse shortage in the department is due to a combination of factors. For instance, there is a high number of patients who need surgery, and thus our department is receiving many of these patients immediately after they leave the operation room. Evidence-based practice is a theory that consists of using research to guide decision making in clinical and nursing settings. For research to be reliable and have validity a significant amount of data collection must first be collected. Whether a research project is using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods design, it is essential to determine what types of information is needed. Due to the emphasis on patient satisfaction in the healthcare world at this time, it is crucial to evaluate how that care is being delivered (Krietz, Winters & Pedowitz, 2016). In this post, I will discuss using a survey method to obtain information representative of the population within a clinic setting.
In the example, I am a nurse working in a local primary care facility which sees thousands of patients annually. To make better clinical decisions regarding patient care and satisfaction, five questions have been created to elicit feedback. The questions are as follows:
1. Did you feel the wait time to be seen in the office was appropriate?
2. During your visit, did you feel the nurses and staff listened to your concerns and treated you with courtesy and respect?
3. Did the provider spend enough time listening, discussing care, and answering your questions?
4. Based on your experience today, would you recommend our clinic to someone you know?
5. In your opinion, what could our clinic have done better?
To obtain structured data that is self-reported and applicable to the clinic’s objectives, it is vital to determine which instrument would work best for the clientele. Self-report methods can extract information from patients that might otherwise be difficult to get (Polit & Beck, 2017). Allowing the freedom to report their experiences and feelings increases confidence in the clinic’s desire to meet their needs. If researchers know what data they want to obtain, a structured approach with some open-ended and closed questions can garner the information needed to make significant changes (Polit & Beck, 2017). Using a mixture of questions is an attempt to include all patients.
For this scenario, the questionnaire is a sampling of both types of questions and is the most popular method (Keough & Tanabe, 2011). The study will be given to individuals 18 and over. The questionnaire and a pen will be given to the patient by the nurse prior at the start of their appointment with the physician. An explanation of the questionnaire will be provided with instructions to return their questionnaire to the drop-box on the countertop in the room after their exam. The goal for participation is 500 patient responses over six months. Responses will be collected and responses logged into the computer on Fridays by the nurse manager. After the six months, results will be calculated, and staff will be informed of the result.

Juror selection is the most important part during pre-trial services. Unfortunately, this method can be used in order to evaluate which juror would be most benefical for a particlar lawyer during a trial. In other words, lawyers have the ability to munapluate the selction process in order to gain juror in their favor. According to Schuller, Erentzen, Vo, and Li (2015) it is the right for one to be tried by an impartial and independent jury from one’s peers, but this can be difficult when peers can be prejudice or possibly chosen by attorneys to benefit their position. Innovation is a team activity that involves the intersection of different fields, bringing together diverse ideas, abilities, and/or methods that result in a physical product, a process, or a service that impacts society in a timely manner (National Academy of Engineering, 2015). It is imperative to influence innovation in an organization to stay in existence with other competitors. Before Team B can embrace the final phase of implementing a plan that will captivate the audience buy-in power there are two other phases that need to take place. Phase 1 has already been established and that is to purpose several innovative ideas to nominate for our new product along with a description of the models used to circulate an extensive evaluation of each product. Team B evaluated several innovation ideas mainly using the NOMMAR model which evaluated the customer needs, technology options, potential market, business model, realistic approach, and the relevancy (Miller Competition Series, n.d.). Phase 2 will finalize the name of a product, provide a description of the GenY Xploit gaming console, what value will it provide to our customer needs, utilizing the NOMMAR model a detailed implementation plane that that will include contingency, risks, budget, time frame, target market and visuals to increase readability and professional exploits.

Introducing the new GenY Xploit gaming console into the market arena will give gamers a whole new jolt of gaming experience. The gaming console will introduce a unique design of software compatibility that will allow gamers to perform cross-platform gaming to compete with each other online no matter what gaming console they are using.

To begin with, I have set my eyes on becoming a social worker. Further, through my involvement in the realm of social work, I hope to help as many individuals as I can. For a long a time, I have exhibited immense passion and the need to come to the assistance of individuals who are grappling with a vast array of unsavory circumstances. My passion is as a result of my experiences of the suffering of many people whom I have interacted with throughout my life. Notably, the majority of these people had to contend with abuse and neglect for a long time. Moreover, my need is as a result of my comprehension of the fact that transforming the globe commences with the assistance of a just a single individual and having the ability to empathize with individuals. Further, I bring various positive and unique qualities to social work, the most prominent of which include empathy, active listening, and persuasion. In our organization we are affected by this by having an overwhelming demand of patients in our emergency rooms and an underwhelming amount of staff to accommodate these patients.

Heavy workload environments along with poor patient to nurse ratios contribute significantly to nurse burn out (Norful, 2018). Because of this, the chances of nurses making medical errors are more likely. As a result, our organization chances of liability for medical errors are increased. If patient care was not provided adequately because of lack of providers, many patients will come back to the hospital within 30 days. When this happens often insurance companies find the hospital responsible and will not pay (Park, 2018). As a result, the hospital is held accountable for lack of care and suffers financial losses. Satisfaction rating by patient often result in greater financial opportunities for our organization. A lot of patient dissatisfaction responses came from their needs not being meet. Things such as time spent with physicians and wait time to be seen are common issues.
Now that we know what the issue is what are we going to do about it? Though the lack of healthcare providers is a prominent issue for all healthcare entities it is not a new. For years studies have been conducted to help alleviate this issue. In a study, advanced scheduling was used to alleviate high wait times and overall continuity of patient care (Qu, 2007). The daily health care provider demand was examined along with the patient need to create a schedule that consist of adequate provider to patient ratios. As a result, healthcare providers were not overbooked, and patients had less of a wait time and more time spent with providers.

Shortage of Nurses
The Nnursinge shortage has been a problem for many health facilities, not only in the United States, but the whole world. In the past few years, I have been working as a nurse in pPractice in a rehabilitation center with geriatric patients, whereand there is a demand for workforce in this department. In fact, this is the most delicate department to work in a health facility since one has to deal with patients straight from the surgery room. Due to the shortage of nurses, we are few in the department, and thus we are assigned many responsibilities. With more responsibilities, there is reduced efficiency, and there is the likelihood of decreased effectiveness of health professionals. to go down.
The cause for nurse shortage in the department is due to a combination of factors. For instance, there is a high number of patients who need surgery, and thus our department is receiving many of these patients immediately after they leave the operation room. Another reason why there is a shortage of nurses is the lack of funds in the facility to hire more nurses and other health practitioners to reduce the gap of the patient to nurse ratio (Monye, 2014). On the other hand, there is less pay in public health care facilities as compared to private facilities and hence more nurses are opting to work with private health facilities rather than working with government sponsored facilities. There has been a general shortage of nurses in the country over the last few years as many young people have been shunning the profession for other professions which they think are paying better.
Shortage of nursing in the department has had a great impact, especially to the patients. For instance, patients who have knee and hip surgeries have difficulty in moving, and thus they need to be assisted as they leave the bed or get into the bed. With the deficit of nurses, it means that patient may wait for a long time before being assisted (Rider, 2014). Evidence-based practice is a theory that consists of using research to guide decision making in clinical and nursing settings. For research to be reliable and have validity a significant amount of data collection must first be collected. Whether a research project is using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods design, it is essential to determine what types of information is needed. Due to the emphasis on patient satisfaction in the healthcare world at this time, it is crucial to evaluate how that care is being delivered (Krietz, Winters & Pedowitz, 2016). In this post, I will discuss using a survey method to obtain information representative of the population within a clinic setting.
In the example, I am a nurse working in a local primary care facility which sees thousands of patients annually. To make better clinical decisions regarding patient care and satisfaction, five questions have been created to elicit feedback. The questions are as follows:
1. Did you feel the wait time to be seen in the office was appropriate?
2. During your visit, did you feel the nurses and staff listened to your concerns and treated you with courtesy and respect?
3. Did the provider spend enough time listening, discussing care, and answering your questions?
4. Based on your experience today, would you recommend our clinic to someone you know?
5. In your opinion, what could our clinic have done better?
To obtain structured data that is self-reported and applicable to the clinic’s objectives, it is vital to determine which instrument would work best for the clientele. Self-report methods can extract information from patients that might otherwise be difficult to get (Polit & Beck, 2017). Allowing the freedom to report their experiences and feelings increases confidence in the clinic’s desire to meet their needs. If researchers know what data they want to obtain, a structured approach with some open-ended and closed questions can garner the information needed to make significant changes (Polit & Beck, 2017). Using a mixture of questions is an attempt to include all patients.
For this scenario, the questionnaire is a sampling of both types of questions and is the most popular method (Keough & Tanabe, 2011). The study will be given to individuals 18 and over. The questionnaire and a pen will be given to the patient by the nurse prior at the start of their appointment with the physician. An explanation of the questionnaire will be provided with instructions to return their questionnaire to the drop-box on the countertop in the room after their exam. The goal for participation is 500 patient responses over six months. Responses will be collected and responses logged into the computer on Fridays by the nurse manager. After the six months, results will be calculated, and staff will be informed of the result.

Unfortunately, this method can be used in order to evaluate which juror would be most benefical for a particlar lawyer during a trial. According to Schuller, Erentzen, Vo, and Li (2015) it is the right for one to be tried by an impartial and independent jury from one’s peers, but this can be difficult when peers can be prejudice or possibly chosen by attorneys to benefit their position. Before Team B can embrace the final phase of implementing a plan that will captivate the audience buy-in power there are two other phases that need to take place. Phase 1 has already been established and that is to purpose several innovative ideas to nominate for our new product along with a description of the models used to circulate an extensive evaluation of each product. Team B evaluated several innovation ideas mainly using the NOMMAR model which evaluated the customer needs, technology options, potential market, business model, realistic approach, and the relevancy (Miller Competition Series, n.d.). Phase 2 will finalize the name of a product, provide a description of the GenY Xploit gaming console, what value will it provide to our customer needs, utilizing the NOMMAR model a detailed implementation plane that that will include contingency, risks, budget, time frame, target market and visuals to increase readability and professional exploits.

To begin with, I have set my eyes on becoming a social worker. Further, through my involvement in the realm of social work, I hope to help as many individuals as I can. For a long a time, I have exhibited immense passion and the need to come to the assistance of individuals who are grappling with a vast array of unsavory circumstances. My passion is as a result of my experiences of the suffering of many people whom I have interacted with throughout my life. Notably, the majority of these people had to contend with abuse and neglect for a long time. The approach in which we view greatly affects the approach in which we take for research purposes. I did not have that idea until I read the philosophical worldview and gained a detailed comprehension of that it involves. From this knowledge, I have found out that from the four philosophical worldview one that closely aligns with my perspective and my view of problems in the world is the pragmatic technique. This is because my approach of viewing and handling issues is based on the experience of the vice theory. Based on pragmatic view, reality exist as physical realities, psychological and social realities that involve subjective experience and perception, language, and culture. Knowledge is based on reality of the world and our experiences (Petersen, & Gencel, 2013).

This means that the worker performance cannot be incentivized through benefits and compensation. This results to the assumption that without anything to gain it would be meaningless to appraise the performance of the workers. Besides, even from the union’s perspective, having performance metrics in hand, especially if they are trending up, can only strengthen their position at the next negotiation of the collective bargaining agreement.
However, it is also clear that the HR director erred in deciding to evaluate the effectiveness of the performance appraisal process by indexing that supposed effectiveness to the number of managers who adopted the process. That metric is useful only if the frequency of adoption is a proxy for gains in performance, a line of reasoning in need of clarification and exposition. One way for the HR director to flesh this out would be to obtain an understanding of why some managers were adopting the new performance appraisal process and why some were not. If the municipality’s managers are in fact concerned with the performance of their units, the survey would presumably point to ways the managers think the new process helps or does not help them get a handle on the productivity of their employees. The advantage of this would be that the survey would provide invaluable feedback, with which the performance appraisal process could be tweaked to address the concerns of the non-adopters and build upon the positives as seen by the adopters. The takeaway is that it is not entirely correct to assert that “the number of managers using the form has no bearing on productivity” (Hale, 2007) – the number of managers adopting the new process could serve to evaluate the process’ effectiveness, but only with some auxiliary development.
As Hale points out, the most straightforward metric for determining the value of the new appraisal process would be to measure “whether performance had improved” (Hale, 202). But, perhaps just as clearly, there seems to be something wrong with the reasoning implicit in that response. It seems shortsighted to apply the broad desideratum of improved performance to the seemingly more fundamental prerequisite initiative of becoming better able to measure performance (Hale, 2007).

Introduction
The cost of receiving healthcare service is becoming a serious national healthcare concern. It has been established that the United States spend more on healthcare, in relation to the national income than any other industrialized nation. Introduction to the Problem
The problem under investigation in this research is the issue of obesity and weight management. In this chapter, the researcher is going to present the results and findings obtained from the research. The primary objective of the study was to find out the effects of pastoral counseling on mental health. The researcher conducted a research survey to obtain the relevant data that was required to achieve the research objective. The data collection tool that was used in this study was a survey questionnaire that contained a total of 21 questions. The design of the questionnaire was in line with the specific objectives of this study. This chapter will present the respondents' background information, and the findings obtained from the analysis in line with the research objectives.

Descriptive statistics were used in the discussion of the findings of the research. The results were explained using percentages. 4.3 Response Rate
Herein the response rate is the total number of people who completed the survey correctly and met the requirements of the researcher. In this study, a total of 106 participants completed the study. Before the survey was conducted, the respondents were taken through the details of the survey before they could give consent or decline. The reason they were chosen to take part in the study was that they were members of the Deliverance Center for all Nations Church and that they were of 18 years and above.
Further, they were informed of the candidate undertaking the research. Additionally, the researcher told the respondents that the objective of the study was to find out whether the church members sought pastoral counseling as a remedy for addressing mental health issues and whether pastoral counseling had a positive impact on the organization. Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Introduction
The nursing profession is faced with many challenges like any
other. The nurse is tasked with the duty to take care of patients
by visitation and to have the ability to study the problems to
satisfy their patient’s .to to give the nurses the ability to know
their work well; they are taking with the work of identification
of duties that they are supposed to handle. There have been
many challenges facing the nurses in their fold of work .such
has been due to the shortage in the workforces as compared to
2. the patient workload. (Lu, et al. 2015). Thus comes the need for
the nurse to work for long hours without getting time to rest.
When the nurses are overworked, they end up being over-
exhausted in which in turn will result in the nurses
underperforming.
The problem is crucial because the nurse is needed to take care
of the patients. Thus the lesser the nurse who is present the
healthcare facilities, the lower the work output that the facilities
will meet with. The understaffing of the nursing facilities
results in the problem that there are also other factors then come
to hand. The lack of the nurses will make the experts present
within the facility lack time to do their research due to lack of
time.
Time is need for analysis of the data that has been obtained for
patients to be done, if the nurse is not enough within the
facilities, then that ability of the health care facilitates to
allocate the needed number of the nurse to get the analysis of
the result will be in lack. Therefore the facility will fail to give
the satisfaction required to the public and the patient who are in
the facilities. Consequently, the number of nurses who are
within many organization are concerned with healthcare needed
to be checked. This will help in the elevation of the care with
the patients and the wards. (Lu, et al. 2015). He challenges that
nurses face in the line of duty need to be taken care of.
The government and the concerned partied need to recruit
enough nurses to help in the allocation of the services and the
care that is needs by the patients within the diverse and spread
health care facilities. (Wang, et al. 2017).
Importance of the research
Researches have been done to try and know the problem that the
nurses face when in line with their duty. The study is intended
to see the question of the nurse’s face and help in the
environment of the issues because then nurses play a care role
in the society in the healthcare if the patient and the people in
general. Also, the study will help many organizations to have a
clear picture of the problems and the challenges that the nurses
3. in the course of doing their work. Also, the best facilities will
be improved do other nurses after knowing what they face that
hinders them in the course of doing their job.
In the study the research question that the researchers will be
seeking to answer entail;
What challenges do the nurses face in the discharge off their
duties within the working environment daily?
Upon getting the best answers to the question s then the study
will give the best and adequate framework through which the
problems the nurses face in the Couse of doing their work. Also,
the future nurses will not have to face the same problem the
present nurse is facing in the nursing fields.
Study and research
The study was conducted by the use of many reviews in
information regarding the issues that the nurses face in the
course of doing their work. Article and journal will be collected
and examined for the information to be combined and the
outcome analyses to give the best solution for the challenges
that the nurse face in the course of doing their work. (Alavi et
al. 2015).
Data collection
The data as collected by the use of many samples which were
obtained from different places and different condition. There
was the use of a questionnaire to the nurses to get the best
answers on the issues they face. (Buerhaus, et al. 2017).This
method was used because it was taken up to be cost-effective as
well, like time-saving. The concepts will be administered dot
the nurse in which the answers will be used by the researchers
to get an informational and orderly manner. In the method, the
participant is made to have an understanding of the study.
Afterward, results will be put together, and the outcome put into
a final document.
Researchers
The researcher is present to make sure that the infusion is
obtained in the best manner and by the use and application if
the nest applicable procedures.

Advanced chances
Several challenges were seen as a factor that has affected the
working environment of the nurse. The lack of opportunities
among the nurse is alarming. The element has been seen to pose
a challenge to then nurses because therein advancement in the
careers if the nurses. This has been due to the changes in
technology and transformation in the working environment;
there have been many challenges that have come the way of the
nurse. The nurse has been threatened with the loss of jobs
(Wang et al. 2017).
Workload
There are very chance that are created for the nurse in each
year. Thus the workload within the nurses is always
accumulating. The nurses have to work for more than ten hours
a day. The effect that this had had on the performance of the
nurse us that they have underperformed. Also, the nurses have
been under pressure and stress, which has led them to turn to
drugs and alcohol abuse. (Buerhaus, et al. 2017).The general;
guess that is most like correct in the fat the nurses in the state
are few, and There is the need for the government to initiate
more programs to train more nurses. Also, the few nurses
present are forced to overwork their services to the patient who
is their home away from the healthcare facilities.
The low number of staff present. The study found that the
performance of the nurse is affected by the work that they
receive. In a day, the nurses have to work for an average of ten
hours. In which the nurses have to serve as many patients as
they can. The fact that they are dealing with human needs the
nurses to be in their right and their best states either mentally
and or physically. However, the challenge that there are few
nurses will make the nurse get exhausted in carrying out their
chores. The reduced performance levels will be due to cutting
with the day. In the morning they are active due to the fact

Another challenge that the nurses were observed to face is the

are the dangers of the nurses getting exposed to injuries,
pathogens, flu, and germs. An approximation of 5.6 million of
the people within the healthcare sector is prone to get infected
by pathogens. An example of the dangers the nurses also face is
the struggler that the nurses are facing in the fight for covid 19.
The nurse is going the extra mile to make sure that the patients
are taking care of, and there is the chance of loss of loved
one in the process due to the risk that is connected to the
practices.
Also, the nurse and workers within the Medicare facilities are
prone to the dangers of getting skin burns. Thus is concerned
with the detergent that they use in the facility to clean their
hands after getting into contact with highly infectious materials.
Compensation
The nurse who is located within the different regions in the
work area given different amounting their pay. There is a nurse
who is in the western state. They earn better. There are those
when they are not paid by the work they make. Among the
challenges, the nurse face is the imbalance in the pay that they
get. Different firm’s inn state to another, the nurse is paid
differently. (Buerhaus, et al. 2017).
Workplace violence
The nurses face another challenge at the workplace that is a
concern with violence. Patients who are under the care of the
nurses may become violent and a time harm the nurses. The
number of injuries the nurse has experienced at the workplace
has been on the rise.
Conclusion
Nurses form the backbone for the health care system across t
globe. Thud there is the need it any govern met to put into play
many aspects that will keep the nurse and the challenges that
they face in check. Investment should be made up of which the
government will have the ability to make more and build more
colleges in which the nursing profession will be taught to help
