MISCELLANEOUS PETITION.D.NO.32273 OF 2018. Out of three one is oral defects dated 13.09.2018.
That the pe oner has cured all the three defects and refiled the same vide diary no. 130820 dated 11.09.2018, email dated 19.09.2018 subsequently
diary no. 139633 dated 25.09.2018 and email dated 25.09.2018 subsequently diary no. 145664 dated 05.10.2018 through filing counter of Supreme
Court of India.
That the sec on 10 of Supreme Court of India has no fied second objec on le er through email dated 25.09.2018 in Misc. Applica on
D.NO.32273/2018 PID:181267/2018 for P(1)(SEC) filed by pe oner on 29.08.2018.
That in the said le er, registry stated that upon re examina on, it is found that the same is defec ve (1) You are required to remove the objec onable
remarks planned judicial murder from the applica on (2) You are required to remove the objec onable remark regarding Hon ble Mr. Jus ce Ranjan
Gogoi on page no. 7, paragraph (d).

That the pe oner has replied back to registry on 25.09.2018 itself through email and subsequently vide Diary No. 145664 dated 05.10.2018 through
filing counter that he WILL NOT remove any of the objec ons raised in le er dated 25.09.2018 by the registry. Registry may process the applica ons as
per Supreme Court Rules, 2013.
Now, registry is not responding over telephone honestly and file is missing. Upon inquiry by the pe oner on 04.010.2018 file is not with dealing
assistant Mr. Pritush, file is not with Branch officer sec on 10 Ms Anju Bala Khurana, file is not with Addi onal Registrar Mr. Manoj Sen, file is not with
Registrar Mr. Anil Luxman Pansari, file is also not with Secretary General Mr.Shri Ravindra Maithani
Under the above circumstances Pe oner is seeking reply from the registry either posi ve or nega ve without was ng precious me of pe oner so
that he could take further decision against freedom from fear.
