Due to COVID 19 Men oning Officer of Supreme Court of India has been authorized to screen urgent
ma ers for lis ng before the bench.
On 17.03.2020 Men oning Officer of Supreme Court of India has refused to consider M.A.583 of 2020
in W.P(Criminal) 136 of 2016 as urgent ma er which contains imminent danger to life and liberty and
infringement of Ar cle 21 of Cons tu on of India.
Although, pe oner has come all the way from Bihar to Delhi and stuck in the hotel of Delhi because of
cancella on of court hearing on 16.03.2020, M.A.583 of 2020 was not considered urgent ma er by
Men oning Officer of Supreme Court of India.
Ironically, biased Men oning Officer of Supreme Court of India is allowing Civil ma ers for lis ng during
COVID 19 and Criminal ma ers are NOT considered URGENT Ma er.
The similar biased ac vity had been conducted by the then Men oning Officer of Supreme Court of
India in 2016 in the same ma er, as a result of that pe oner no.02 WIDOW SRMT. ASHA RANI DEVI
has been succumbed to suspicious death on 11.11.2017
Now, Pe oner no.01 is the next target for the suspicious death.
It is per nent to men on here that the par es in this CRIMINAL CASE are CORRUPT JUDGES,
ADVOCATES AND POLICE.
Please find a ached the signed copy of Le er for urgency for urgent lis ng of M.A.583 of 2020 in
W.P(Criminal) 136 of 2016 along with Affidavit before the bench.
The same has been filed vide D.NO.45922/2020 dated 17.03.2020 through party in person counter
no.14 of Supreme Court of India.
Hence, pe oner is seeking informa on from the Men oning Officer of Supreme Court of India
1. On what ground Men oning Officer of Supreme Court of India has refused to consider M.A.583 of
2020 in W.P(Criminal) 136 of 2016 as urgent ma er for lis ng before the bench
2. How can pe oner will resume his normal life, get a new job, earn his livelihood, se le down his
new married life under the con nuance of false criminal proceedings since 2011 causing jurisdic onal
error deliberately and secretly by the state of Bihar and others which has suspended his rights under
Ar cle 21 of Cons tu on of India
3. How Civil ma ers which have been listed during COVID 19 are more urgent than suspension of rights
under Ar cle 21 since 2011 in W.P(Criminal) 136 of 2016 wherein order dated 21.10.2016 of Supreme
Court of India has stood in breach of Ar cle 21 of Cons tu on of India as a result of that pe oner
no.02 has succumbed to suspicious death on 11.11.2017
4. Why Supreme Court of India is avoiding urgent hearing against corrupt judges, advocates, and police
in M.A.583 of 2020 in W.P(Criminal) 136 of 2016 wherein pe oner no.01 has been compelled to live
underground by these corrupt, criminal, crook and goons organs of the state
5. Whether or not pe oner no.01 has right to live with dignity
