Sub: Direct the Registry to give Petitioner In Person in writing
the fixed date of hearing for Non Bailable and Gang Rape
matter W.P.(Crl.) D.NO. 18546/2022 as the status of listing
extended from 31.10.2022 to 14.11.2022 to 25.11.2022 and the
matter has not been incorporated in the cause list dated
25.11.2022 too-reg.
Hon’ble Sir,
1. That under signed is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep
Narayan Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas,
Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District Katihar,
Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj
Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner-
in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ Petition
(Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No.
66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ
Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme
Court of India.

2. That petitioner has been grilled by Mr. Sahender Kumar
and Raghu Petitioner In Person filing counter clerk, Mr.
Jagmohan Singh Assistant Registrar Section 1B, Mr. Deepak
Punwani Assistant Registrar Section 10 and Ms. Yojana Bhatia
Branch Officer Section 10 since 21.09.2022 unnecessarily with
an ulterior motives.
3. That several communications have been taken place with
the above noted judicial officers in writing and verbally over
telephone since 21.092022 to till date but all went in vain.
4. The said matter is once listed before Chamber Judge on
26.09.2022 thereafter extending the date of listing from
31.10.2022 to 14.11.2022 to 25.11.2022 with ulterior motives.
The matter has not listed on 25.11.22 as per the published cause
list dated 25.11.2022. The registry is repeating the same
activity of suppressing the crucial records as done in Writ
Petition Criminal no. 136/2016 to protect the heinous work of
Judges of Begusarai Bihar Court which has resulted in killing of
petitioner’s parents and Gang Rape, illicit sex trade of his
families and minor daughters and suspension of his Article 21.
5. That petitioner is putting up at the Shelter Home, DUSIB

Code no.214 near Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi since 21.09.2022 in
miserable condition and restless to go back home for his other
work, therefore praying from you to direct the registry to supply
the fixed date of hearing to the petitioner in person in writing in
Non Bailable and Gang Rape matter W.P. Criminal Diary No.
18546/2022 so that he can plan his travel for home.
