For each code, the document rates the individual's competency on a scale of 1 to 4 and provides a brief reflection on how the code was developed, either through assignments or experience. The overall document appears to be a self-assessment completed by an individual to evaluate their progress in developing various human resources skills and competencies throughout the course.
