• Leadership Excellence Profile (LEP) competencies will use the
triangle framework to be measured;
– Control : basic foundation. If the branch manager haven’t got that, everything is
going to be wasted. Measured in a weekly basis.
– Sales of financial service product. Measured on a daily basis.
– People ; employee satisfaction and engagement as well as levels of
communications and response. Measured in a weekly basis.
– Customer service; service score for every branches. Measured every month.
• Branch Managers had one on one evaluative meeting with their area
manager regularly at mid year.
• Similarly, branch manager met one-on-one at the same time with the
members of their staff.
• Before the meeting, branch managers received an evaluation
regarding what aspect of their job they were and were not
succeeding at.

modules: survey, reports, benchmarking, research,
measurements and business intelligence.

  • 2. How do they get key people measures? What are the earliest key people measures? Why? The key people in Royal Bank of Scotland are the Branch Managers. And the way RBS measure their Sales 3 way RBS measure their Branch Managers are by creating this triangle framework consist of control, sales, people and service. Control People Service

If the branch manager haven’t got that, everything is going to be wasted. Measured in a weekly basis. – Sales of financial service product.
