Chiu Longina is an anthropologist, musicologist, and sound artist based in Spain. She is the co-founder of several groups focused on sound art and acoustic spaces. Some of her current projects include creating soundscapes of territories through listening, digital publishing, and producing sound events. She has held numerous solo exhibitions of her work and has curated several exhibitions featuring other sound artists. Longina's practice includes sound installations, recordings, performances, and actions that often explore themes of acoustic spaces, sound as a means of knowing society, and the use of sound as a weapon.
