The Reconstructed Living Lab aims to empower communities through innovative ICT solutions. It is a community-driven organization with 7 full-time staff and 8 volunteers that has trained over 130 people in ICT skills. The lab supports over 50,000 people, has established 2 community businesses in ICT, and has strong partnerships with universities, NGOs, and the public and private sectors. However, it faces challenges around securing resources and ensuring sustainability.
