A risk assessment was conducted for a film shoot in the Green Screen Room at De Aston School on 07/12/15. Hazards identified included cables, a tripod, and a table leg that could pose trip hazards. Measures taken to prevent injury included neatly securing cables to the floor with bright tape, pointing out the tripod legs to cast and crew, and pulling a table forward during shots. Responsible parties were assigned to each hazard identified. The overall risks were determined to be adequately addressed and given a green "G" rating.

Cables Trip Hazard
The cables have been

taped to the floor with
a bright coloured tape
to ensure that the
cables are out of the
way and also to ensure
that the actor can see
where they are
stepping. These have
also been pointed out
to everyone.
