A risk assessment was conducted for a drama studio project. Three main hazards were identified: darkness and lack of vision posing a trip hazard; cables on the floor also being a trip hazard; and the tripod legs being a trip hazard. Measures taken to address these included filming in the center of the room, tying and taping cables to the floor, and positioning the camera away from actors. Additional actions identified were making torches accessible and ensuring all involved were aware of hazards. Thalia Barrett, Bobbie Brader, and Rebecca Watson were assigned responsibility for specific additional actions and the overall risk assessment was given a red, amber, and green rating respectively for each identified hazard.
