Our actor will have
to walk down a
street which could
potentially be busy
There will be
cars and if its
busy we will
have to be weary
of the traffic and
ensure the actor
is safe near the
road. -3
There may also
be other people
around so we
will have to
ensure we don’t
bump into them
- 1
Ensure that the actor is
aware of the road and
the traffic and we will
have to be aware of other
people when filming
with the equipment
4 Have a first aid kit around and
also have an umbrella to
protect the wire/equipment
from the rain, we will also
have a mobile phone nearby in
case of any severe accidents
occur

The actors will be
in a house with
possible tripping
hazards, also we
are using a glass of
water that is going
to be tipped over
The actors could
trip on objects
around the
house – 2
The glass of
water will cause
the floor to be
slippy so
someone may
slip and fall, also
the equipment
may get wet- 2
Ensure that tripping
hazards are out of the
way and that we clean up
the water asap and keep
the equipment away
from the water
4 Have a first aid kit around and
also keep the equipment away
from the water and use a
towel to wipe it up asap. We
will also have a mobile phone
nearby in case of any severe
accidents occur

Who is
responsible for
action?
There are several
tripping hazards in
a wood, and we are
using campfires
and sparklers
which uses fire and
heat. Also
equipment could
get wet from the
rain.
Someone could trip
and hurt themselves
on things in the
wood e.g tree
stump-1
The equipment
could get wet and
this could damage it
and cause electric
shocks –2
Someone could burn
themselves on the
fire or sparkler or it
could create a fire
hazard -3
We will ensure people
are aware of tripping
hazards and make sure
the equipment doesn’t
get wet. We will also
ensure we are sensible
with the fire and
sparklers and use gloves
when using the sparklers
and have a fire
extinguisher/water
source available
7 Have a first aid kit around and
also have an umbrella to
protect the wire/equipment
from the rain, we will also
have a mobile phone nearby in
case of any severe accidents
occur. We will ensure we have
a water bucket for sparklers
and a fire extinguisher for the
fire and for any potential
unwanted fires
