Risk Assessment

As you can see by this picture the risk assessment
is that it is muddy this is going to be used in scene
one a pathway walkthrough muddy path from
Clifton to Clifton country park. This is a hazard in
scene one. The people who may be harmed are the
cast and crew and the actor who will be riding the
bike in these conditions. The property that could
be damage is the equipment used such as the
tripod the camera and wires. I can use this and
prevent this by wearing appropriate shoes and clothing. This risk is moderate as it is a minor risk. A
father action to be taken is that I can zone off the area where to stand and not to stand.
As you can see by the picture on the left the bike is on
the floor on tarmac bike patch with rubble such as
leaves and stones on the pathway the pathway have
branches and sticks hanging out and are slippery. This
pathway will be used in the scene number two and
three. Again the people to be harmed in this Scene are
the Actors. The property that could be damage are the
Equipment for example if the Branches and the leaves
hit the camera or the tripod damaging it. This can be
resolved by riding in the middle of the pathway not
hitting the branches or rubble leaves. This is a low Risk as it really happens I will be riding in the
middle anyway. This can be reduced by pulling the
branches back.
Bridge can be slippery and there is a height off the
ground. This will be shown in scene 4 and 5 the
actors could be affected by this and the actors, the
equipment can fall and it is a height off the ground
so it is more risky. This can be resolved by holding
the camera at all times when on the bridge. The risk
for this is low and can be further reduced by
wearing appropriate shoes and don’t m,ess around
on the bridge.
