This are the interiors of the Merindol Colony in 2137ad after the Climate Change Collapse and the Apocalipse Wars. Merindol is a small Colony in the Italian Alps where there are around 4000 humans. The Colony values mainly around meritocracy and selection by effort.

Description Camera Equipment -
As we are to be filming at the exam hall, we will be using camera
equipment. This will include a tripod, a camera, possible wires and
other possible electrical equipment.

Action to take As this risk is ranked at a 5 it is clear that action must be taken. We

We will keep all equipment tidy and make sure no wires are
crossed/tangled in order to keep potential danger to a minimum. No
equipment will be left unattended. After filming is done equipment will
immediately be packed away.

Though we are to be filming in a legitimate college with the protection
of fire alarms and smoke detectors, the possibility of flammable
materials is still present. This could include items of clothing that
cast/crew are wearing or even materials within the college grounds
(electrics, furniture etc)
